    Had to return it. The new processor had too many glitches. Why does Apple release something new that had glitches? Why not fix them first? I returned it and got a much better and very workable iPad. I had a 2016 Pro that I loved, so why did they mess it up?

    Compared previous and current generations and found minor differences for the average user looking to upgrade and take advantage of last years model discount pricing. Black Friday Best Buy deal motivated us to the newest 11" Pro model for our first IPad plus went with the 256GB version.

    Start up instructions are lacking! I guess Apple assumes everyone knows how to start up and transfer files! I guess I am one of the few that don’t know. I have had this iPad for 27 days and I still use my old one. Pretty hard to comment on battery life and durability after only 27 days

    I bought a brand new and it was an open box, i talked and they said they can switch the ipad that i bought by retuning the item. I dont really have time to go a store, that’s why i bought it online. It works fine. But an open hox is cheaper.

    Sound when playing call of duty mobile is not good. My old ipad pro 9.7 had better sound. Also the tab s8 has better sound than this ipad. I use my tablets primarily for gaming and i must say that the s8 battery last longer than the one in this ipad.
