I HATE IT, too small. I regret this purchase. As a senior citizen i need a bigger screen.

I love this new iPad I got. Screen is just the right size and very clear. It is lightweight. It takes great pictures. It has done everything I needed it to do.

bought for a gift, it was just the gift he wanted.

I wasnt sure which size to buy, but went with the 11inch. Love the ipad and am happy with the decision. Feel like the 12 would have been to big. The 11 fits in my small bag (even with the case on it). Its perfect for taking notes!

I was not really impressed the size of this iPad Pro so i will get the 12.9 inch .

If you are looking for something worthwhile. I recommend this. The screen is beautiful, the ipad is t heavy, and it’s capabilities are next level. My order also arrived a weak prior to its deliver date!

So far so good. I’ve only had my IPad for a week now but I am really happy with my purchase. The processor works fast and the picture is phenomenal.

Great customer service and I love my new ipad is actually a mini laptop and the camera is soooo good.

This was my first time buying through Best Buy open box. It was a little scary to see that it arrived without any Protection inside and just secured to the cardboard box but it did arrive in one piece. When I took it out of the box, the screen and the back of the iPad were very dirty, and had a small dent on the back. A little surprising for a product listed in “excellent” condition. My boyfriend bought a similar “good” condition item that came in pristine condition. Also bummed to not receive an apple charger. Not sure if I missed that on the item listing but the iPad came with a generic charger which ultimately is fine. Aside from this, the product itself works great And I’m happy with the purchase

I bought open box, but the performance has been as good as new. Using this iPad for some of my digital art as alternative to a traditional computer-connected drawing tablet has saved me a ton of time. Additionally, I'm impressed with how responsive brushes are in drawing apps—I've experienced virtually no lag when drawing.

More than I expected the system runs quite fast takes nice pictures I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I love this 11” iPad Pro. The size is perfect to take with me in a tote bag, though I use it mostly at home while I’m sitting on the couch. My favorite app is Goodnotes and I’ve made customized journals easily. I love that the iPad is synced with my phone, so I can answer text messages on the iPad.

I had to upgrade to a new I pad pro because my old one is 10 years old and does not hold a charge for very long. I like the sound that come from all speakers. I also like the bigger screen. I’m still learning more about it and hope it last as long as my last one. Got an open box sale and we’ll worth it.

I love it. Only ipad ive ever owned and i already use it daily! I definitely reccomend it for journaling, school notes, drawing, 3d modeling etc. Pertect for so many things especially for beginners. The battery is amazing. I use this for work and by the time i get home its barely at 80 percent

Fantastic tablet. My first 11 inch pro lasted several years and worked flawlessly, so my only possible choice was to continue with this product line. Still performs flawlessly, but much faster that then 1st gen. Very happy with the purchase.

I got this iPad specifically for digital art (using ProCreate) and I am extremely impressed. Colors look good, great resolution, no lag when drawing, and good battery life for such a large screen. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought 11 iPad pro for school and it's a great product for me help me with a lot of this. school and work wise, the size is just right for my notes. overall if I would have a chance to get one again I would definitely get 11 iPad pro.

If you don't have a specific use case in mind when considering an iPad purchase, I would recommend the iPad Air instead. Most people will not need a tablet with the newest M2 Bionic chip but it helps with more intensive applications (video graphics, video/audio editing) and can handle doing this for hours. My 2021 iPad had an issue with overheating with these same programs. I don't think most users will push an iPad to these limits. I'm also glad that certain models use a USB-C connector now. Weigh the options between budget and what you'll use the tablet for and buy based on that.
