Purchased due to having to work from home. Extremely easy to install ..., Plug in and go!! It’s been a life saver. Daughter has MAC laptop for school. 5yrs, no issues, no viruses equals No Brainer

I love everything about it. The only thing that bothers me is the hard drive which i have not looked up before buying but it looks like it can be remedied with an external ssd. Even with that Id still buy it.

I love my Mac computer so much - it works very well. I am so glad I got a Mac instead of another brand. I received the protection warranty and it gives me peace of mind. I would give it 10 stars!!

I have owned my own IMAC for years! My grandson needed a desk top for virtual school this year! He is so happy...The IPAD was great last year, but not enough! It will out live Co-Vid. Great Buy!

Love this iMac! Works perfectly. Even with the slower 5400 RPM HDD it is still pretty fast. And I did install Windows via Bootcamp and can play Destiny 2 with the discrete graphics card with no issues!

I bought this Mac to replace my last Mac. Normally I would purchase it directly from the Apple store however Best. It had it $200 cheaper and more bells and whistles. The computer arrived 1-2 days earlier than expected. Setting up was fairly easy to do. There were a lot of updates to do and an operating system upgrade. With all those immediate changes something went wonky. It will shut itself down and give me some error domain message regarding going into sleep mode. So that has been frustrating. It is also very slow. I get the little spinning wheel on most anything I do. So since this is brand new I don’t know if it was changing the operating system or the computer itself. The Microsoft Office software installed easily and I am trying out the 3 month Apple Music. So far I’m not a fan.

Display is so clear. Great for everything my family would need it for (games, homework, live streaming, work). It doesn’t take up a lot of room either

Very nice computer . As I’m a windows 10 user I figured I would be somewhat lost but this computer was so easy to use. Believe me if I can get around on an Apple Mac anyone can. Great little desktop.

Well ,what could I say , my iMac is great and it’s what I was expecting, besides best buy my store for years has the best variety of products and great service ,such as free delivery /same day.

The Apple 21.5" iMac that I just purchased replaced the same type of computer I previously owned. I finally retired my old one and replaced it with the same type. The reason that I chose the same computer again is that I didn't think I could find one that I would like any better.

Doesn't seem as fast as the MacBook Air M1, but is much faster than last years i3 machine, which is junk compared to this thing. Very nice looking computer; the kids love it.

Not only was the experience during this pandemic excellent, this computer is fantastic! Lamborghini of computers! Don’t waste money on a Windows!

Finally broke down to purchase a desktop due to the shutdown. I shopped multiple places Best Buy had the lowest price. I ordered curbside pick-up, it was ready in under 2 hours and quick service.

I had an older Apple computer from my husband and needed to upgrade. This was a good upgrade for me and it makes so much difference than the older models in the speed and display.

Glad I went with a Mac. Iam able to use multiple applications at once as well as finish things on the go with handoff. Also editing photos is a breeze with the processor speeds and monitor quality

Well, so far so good. The new machine is nearly identical to the old. Geek squad transferred our data and even removed some malware, so it's been a very smooth transition. Recommend.

Had to relearn how to operate the computer. Love the changing daylight on the screen. So, I will not be putting my own pictures on the screensaver. Mac's are still very user friendly.

This desktop was purchased to help with working at home and now being an at home teacher too. It works really well, doesn’t take up a ton of space and the screen is beautiful. Easy to set up and simple to use.

I needed to update my computer and decided to stick with Apple. The Best Buy associate said they had this computer as an open box and decided to go with it. I am very happy with my purchase.

A very good computer with a very good display and operating system. The wireless key board and mouse are awsome. The unit takes up very little space
