A: Yes this a early 2019 model, but don't buy it. Compared to their laptops, which use SSD drives, this iMac uses a painfully slow 5400RPM mechanical hard drive. It's virtually unusable.

A: A new iMac will include Apple Mail, Pages, Numbers, Photos, Reminders, Notes, Apple News, iTunes (soon to be replaced), Safari, Garage Band, iMovie, Messages, Contacts, Calendar, FaceTime, Maps, iBooks, Utilities (several items in that folder) Stocks, Photo Booth and Home. Logic Pros X is available on the Mac App Store for purchase at $199,99.
