Beautiful machine

It works really well and is aesthetically pleasing. My only issue is that I was not informed Best Buy does not issue points on Apple products anymore.

Great Home computer

Its a little slower than my macbook pro but the screen makes up for it. I'm a teacher and spending 6-8 hours looking at it every day. I would recommend for basic computer needs.

A delightful upgrade

It was worth giving up the portability for the extra processing speed and upgraded graphics.

I would use it for work as well. Downloaded Microsoft onto it and was able to get all my work documents at home.

I bought it so I could work from home during the pandemic. So far, so good.

I also bought a new mbp at the same time... i thought that was a tad expensive (the mbp, no this), but for the price... this was a fair deal.

I have had the a lot to learn about Apple but so far so good...

Overall, its good. Apple should allow simple upgrades to it like RAM. If you have the money, and you're running multiple higher end applications like video editing or photo editing; its definitely worth it to go ahead and fork over another 300 for the 16 GB of ram and faster processor. That aside, I love this thing. I feel like it should be way faster for the 1100 dollar price tag though.

They are both very nice and will do anything that i will ever need.

Up and running fine

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because of the Corona situation, I was not able to go to my Best Buy Store in Marquette MI and buy the iMac. I would be able to buy the external back up drive and Microsoft Home and Student Word with my credit card and pick it up on the sidewalk. For some reason I could not do the same with the iMac. I had to buy it on the web site. I had problems with the site it would only let me do a store pick up in Chicago, a 12 drive from home. Thanks to the people at the Marquette MI they were able to straighten things out for a store pickup there. Only a two hour drive. Once I got the items they are up and working fine.

This desktop is amazing! I should have invested earlier.
