After Windows 10 automatic updates started messing with my computer and after market add ons. I decided to look into MAC computers. Then when iTunes became Apple Music my Windows software stopped recognizing my iPod. So I purchased this. Glad I did. My old windows computer finally crapped out during an update. After using Microsoft computers for over 18 years and not being much of a techno geek; there is still a bit of a learning curve for me. Looking forward to the experience.

My first Apple computer. It took a minute to get used to but I love it! I like that everything works together; IPhone, iPad, and laptop.

I was thinking of choosing a different computer but I love iMacs! Streamlined and great speeds for my virtual classrooms, photo editing etc.

Purchased for my third grader grandson for distant learning, because I have the same machine previously purchased for myself, and love it.

This is my second IMac, it is the best computer I have ever bought. Everything from the operating system to the graphics is the best.

As always you can’t go wrong with a Mac. If you are familiar with the apple interface this will be any easy to use and easy to learn computer.

Did not work out of box as expected. Apple tech suspects issue is BB loading of WebRoot antivirus on machine when I already use Bitdefender may have been part of problem. I also wish someone had counseled me about possible issues of loading files from an external back up of a machine who's logic board went bad. I-Mac is working decently now after long calls with BB to get WebRoot removed and long call with Apple to determine issues and speed it up. (BB had to remove Web Root... I tried and Apple tech tried and it took the 2nd tier BB tech to get it off.) Except for a cleaner looking physical desktop and a better display than I had with my Mac mini (who's logic board died after 4 years!- but that's another story) .. I am satisfied with I Mac but wish I had been willing to wait to get one with at least 16GB of Ram (all you can get immediately from store is one with 8GB and you can't add RAM to 21.5" after you buy it. I wish I had known that when I bought as well. I am not a gamer and do not do serious graphic or photo work but it still seems doggy to me. The I Mac doesn't seem any faster to open and work with than my 4 yr old/dead Mini.

Perfect ! I needed something because my MacBook is a little older I need something bigger and this was perf it runs smoothly

Well after returning 1st bad one 2nd one is amazing. Graphics r nice. Love included security. Works really way. Still learning to navigate but getting there

Screen quality great and easy to navigate areas Processor just a little slow at times, but overall, great value at the reduced price of other iMacs.

The picture is bright and clear. There are sufficient number of USB ports. I would buy again in the future

computer works well and there have been no issues. my wife uses this computer and she has not complained.

Bought a few of these for a commercial project. Client always love imacs b/c if how sleek they look. I couldn't agree more.

this computer is beautiful and fast, but the mechanical hard drive caused some problems because its slow access speeds gum up the whole works! We were going to return the whole dang thing, but first tried getting a solid state drive connected by lightning cable in the back where we flashed the startup and office files to the ssd, and it is much faster and happier now.

Really great computer system. Nice big screen. If you aren’t a Mac person you should be!! I held out but am now a convert.

This computer has been great so far and has been everything I expected when switching to a desktop from an older MacBook Pro. Great buy.

After 11 years I finally replaced my old Mac. I hope this get me another 10 or more years. Works greats and easy to setup.

The set up and display is outstanding. The keyboard need a number set up on the right side, please add number on right side of keyboard.

I’m still learning all the different programs/ apps. The mouse quit but I ordered a new set as I wanted numbers on the side.
