Apple is expensive but I love the products very easy to use all of my stuff connects together perfectly

We replaced our old MAC desktop with this one....after 13 years! What a difference 13 years makes! Love it!

What I did not like is that with the purchase I was going to have 4 months of iTunes, a yr of Apple TV and 6 month Antivirus for free and I did not get it. The link/codes for these free items did not work. I called the 1888-237-8289 to have the issue resolved and was advised that it was a known problem and I would be contacted via email once resolved. I got an email but that didn't help either. very disappointed w/what was promised and not delivered.

Very easy setup and transfer of data from my old MAC. Speed is much faster and have additional memory. Very satisfied.

I purchased a Mac 6 months ago for my wife and I used it way more than she did. We decided to get another for our office.

I finally decided to get an Apple Desktop computer. I have been using my IPAD Pro for over a year while my old HP laptop finally saw its last days. With COVID full swing, and Apple stores closed, I depended on Best Buy to convince me I was doing the right thing. Store representative, Calvin Dowd, was AWESOME!!! I have my Geek Tech appointment set up for next week and my hope is that it runs smooth with transferring my data, photos, etc.

I bought as open box and has worked great! Mouse didn’t work at first but i was able to replace.

This computer is better than any windows brand. I am an Apple fan and it works better than I ever had imagined

Great service and set-up, plus call-in Geek Squad assist with the Mac learning curve. I purchased primarily for sound editing and recording, but the system is super smooth in every way. There was an unexpected benefit of direct access to foreign language keyboard, as I correspond with family and friends in Denmark, in Danish, and those pesky three extra vowels, æ, ø, and å, using simple "option" keystrokes. Super-cool! Special thanks to the set-up pro that led me to them.

Finally made the transition to an Apple iMac. Nice computer great 4K screen. And it was $200 off regular price.

If you like Apple products and want a home computer then this is it. As long has you are not gaming on it.

I love my new iMac it’s literally the fastest desktop I’ve ever had.4k retina is great and plenty of memory.

I have always been a Mac person... It is, however, my first Mac desktop, and I am very pleased with this computer.

Big time upgrade from my previous MacBook Pro. Excellent for music etc. Highly recommend.

I bought this computer although it stated that the box had been previously opened. However, the screen is patchy and I have not been able to remove it (it's all over the screen). Everything else works just fine. I saved a few dollars but now I'm left with the screen in this condition, it's most visible when looking at it sideways. I have not cleaned it with any abrasive chemicals, but with a microfiber cloth. It's gotten a little better, but it does not look new.

Love the screen, the picture is crisp and clear. The size is perfect. A bit slower that my laptop. Would recommend!

Apple products never disappointed me. So easy to use and user friendly and looks great.

So far so good. Easy to use and was easy to transfer all my stuff from my old iMac to the new one.

I am happy with this product, I am great fuel for the total tech package that provides operator training.

Not hard to use at all has a beautiful colorful screen the sound is amazing on this IMac desktop
