Apple fan so I had to get the desktop. Awesome computer

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. The quality of images, sounds, and those alike are well on this computer. The only thing I can say negative about this computer is that it lags due to the 3.6GHz. Other than that, it is worth the buy and it works extremely well with cloud document storage.

I purchased an Apple IMac to replace my old computer that was no longer working. It was so easy to set up and use. I am not a tech person, but all I had to do was plug it in and tend to the prompts and I was ready to go. Everyone at Best Buy was so helpful and knowledgeable and help me to make a good buying decision.

Love the screen size, the sharpness of the display.

Use of the desktop was easy for my granddaughter to use.

Nice speakers and screen. Very useful to have lots of inputs, especially the classic USBs. The biggest negative is simply that it is quite slow, particularly considering the price. I had hoped to have Best Buy install a SSD instead, but then the corona-virus hit on the day it arrived, and they are not accepting walk-in appointments.

4k Retina display is awesome - easy on the eyes and so sharp the resolution - I could never go back to a non 4k or 5k screen ever again! iMac speed is a little slow but it maybe also that the wifi service is bogged down with so many apple products - Best Buy price matched this one which was a big plus too

Easy process to buy at Best Buy. Knew exactly what we wanted before coming into the store. Best Buy has best price offer, and we used that. Very basic computer with everyday tools to run everyday. Don’t need anything high end or upscale so this was a great computer to buy. Can’t go wrong buying a Mac at this price!

I've had the I Mac for about a month. It's a solid computer but seems to run a little slower than my old version from about 8 years ago (don't know if it's the computer or my slow AT&T internet). Doesn't come with Catalina installed as it shows in the stock picture. No big deal, you just down load it and away you go.

I’m sure that I would love this IMac once I start to use it but unfortunately I got talked into a Total Tech Geek Squard package to set up my iMac and transfer my data from my old PC. That operation took over a week to perform and was done so poorly that I am still working on it three weeks after my purchase.

Over priced and lacks the storage and ram. Its apple, what do you expect. Crazy prices for someone that is going to be lapped next year with a new product. Had alot of issues with ram speed, and ssd. Lags alot. Not as senseless as the store model.
