I am an Apple user. I was excited to finally get a desktop Mac as I have used my MacBook Air, iPads, iPhone and Apple Watch for many years. I love the look and feel of my Mac but I find the speed to be slower than what I experience when using my MacBook Air which is now several years old. It’s somewhat disappointing.

it's an imac, a great product for many years, as anyone familiar with computers can tell you. why only four stars? the keyboard. simply stated, it's too small and too light. the package would soooo much better with a macbook sized keyboard, extra on sides and bottom, with some heft to it. worth the extra cost.

This computer does all that I have asked of it so far. It has been easy to understand and easy to use. Granted, I am not an advanced computer person but I believe the Mac will be able to keep up with my needs. Its response speed has been fantastic and storage capability more than enough.

This computer is good in almost all aspects but one there is lag. For its price i hopes this wouldn’t be the case since i have a cheaper laptop that hasn’t lagged on me at since i bought it 2yrs ago. Apart for this one smaller issue is the small keyboard but i can complain too much i kinda expected that.

The only thing this machine does well is run the internet and have an awesome display. It's RAM would have been good 10 years ago. If you want to run photoshop, premiere, etc this machine will run like it's encased in quick sand. Gets super slow and almost inoperable if you try to run any program that uses a lot of RAM. Too much money for the actual specs it provides. Our 7 year old Apple laptop is more high powered than this thing. Apple has stopped caring about the quality of their machines with the latest tech, too focused on the iPhone.

Long time user of Apple products. Kept our old "Big Mac" for pictures and to play DVDs! Just wasn't upgradable to meet internet needs. This new one is great but is slow to open up. That is only issue and we can live with that. Just love the quality of Apple products!

We’ve owned a MacBook for about 8 years and it’s been fantastic but it was time to replace. The iMac provided more computer for the money vs a new MacBook and the portability wasn’t necessary for us. The kids have been using this for all their schoolwork and it’s been great.

All good until I wanted to add more RAM - you have to tear down the system to its minimum components to make this happen and ruin your warranty unless paying 600 + for apple to do it. Really disappointed and I had to return it to Best Buy

I have gone back to Mac after trying a regular PC for two years. Going back reminded me why Macs are so superior in seamless integration and how better it works if you have an iPad or iPhone, since you can do a lot of work using the three of them interchanging them.

If you’re an apple person you’ll love it. If you’re not, there will be a learning curve but you’ll still love it. I would opt for higher storage since it ran out quickly but also just buy external storage and save your money.

This cable internet router with WiFi was a breeze to install. Xfinity has a seamless interface with the router and my gigabit service was up and running in minutes. It took longer to input the new password into our devices than to set up this combo router. Highly recommend.

This is like 1 of 4 iMacs from me. The only thing I don't like about the 21" is the fact that you have to get your RAM when you purchase it. Unlike the 27" you can't put your own RAM in, which is weird to me. Other than that, it's a good solid machine.

I love my IMac. I have everything Apple and love my Mac as the center of my universe. I like not having to get virus protection like you need with a Dell. I always had issues with viruses and never with my Mac. Only negative for me is the affordability of word/Excel.

I never thought I could like a desktop as much as I like the iMac. This can do it all and has such a sleek look. I really like the wireless mouse and keyboard that come with the desktop. Set up was quick and easy with each step laid out for you.

Love the look, feel and ease of this computer. Really wish it was a bit faster. Sometimes it makes it difficult to watch a YouTube video all the way through. We're not huge gamers or computer users, so not sure what makes it so slow.

I needed a new computer and I already own an Apple iPhone 11 max and an iPad Pro so I figured I would get a Mac...I could not be happier! The retina display is incredible and with a 1TB hard drive... I'm going to have a great time trying to fill it up!

This Apple computer is ok it’s not super fast than I thought, although the screen is very clear, the make and model looks good, the mouse and key board easy to use, I got the tb thinking it would be fast turns out the speed on my iPhone is faster ummm.

Computer looked great, but the I3 processor was really slow to open apps or multitask. Simple apps would take minutes to load and the computer would often freeze. I upgraded to an I7 processor and it has worked flawlessly.

Took getting used to after using a pc for so many years, & still learning (at the age of 79) I really am loving my Apple, so much better without all those pesky wires to contend with & love the keyboard! Very happy I switched to the Mac!

I have other Apple products, iPhone and iPad but had been a PC guy. Using the iMac is as simple as using my other devices. Cost more than a PC. But every P C I’ve had starts to slow down for some reason. Don’t anticipate that with iOS upgrades.
