This is a great addition to my old Macbook Pro. Setup was easy and reasonable speed. It has a great storage capacity but it's not SSD which is a minus. It has spectacular screen display and great looking. I would say for the price it is a good value!

Great investment, only purchased to replace my 2008 iMac, yes, it lasted all these years, minimal complaints. As is the case with Time Machine via MacOS, it was easy to migrate all of the data.

I purchased this computer to work from home and used Best Buy's curbside pick up. I want to commend the employees working that day! They were friendly and helped make a stressful time for me a little more stress-free. Keep up the great work!

So far so good with our new computer! This one is so fast and the images are sharp and clear. Jason from the Geek Squad was so patient and helpful in setting it up and making sure our printer was also connected to it.

Love the picture quality. Very nice conputer but I couldn’t give 5 stars because it is slow. I am use to once I click on an application or tab it goes right to it but this seems to lag a lot.

Having been an Apple user since 1987, when my Mom's Windows based computer needed replacing, I encouraged her to buy an iMac. She has adjusted quickly to the operating system and I know she will enjoy this for a number of years.

Set up easy enough and works great! Unfortunately our 9+ year 27” iMac was slowing down in performance so we had to replace. Bought from Best Buy and hard drive replacement done by Geek Squad but that didn’t help in the long run.

This computer has great graphics but I was disappointed to run into so many problems months after purchasing it. It was really slow specially when I would shut it down or restart it. I’ve had issues with annoying pop ups saying there were issues to report and sound just going away on its own. For a computer that costs more than 1k, it’s not worth it. The only reason I have it is because I have other apple products and they are all in sync.

Got this iMac for my photography business I do commercial photography and portraits photography and landscapes photography this iMac has everything I use and it takes my editing to the next level. Great price @BestBuy thank you

Purchased for editing and keeping track of photos and serves its purpose so well. With my iPad and this desktop I stopped using my laptop and was able to sell. Apple always has wonderful products and this is just another one.

I like the bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Only drawback is that you cannot watch xfinity via Apple TV, instead you have to open a browser. In terms of having a large monitor/desktop this is a great choice.

This is the glitchiest computer I have ever owned and I have been using Mac computers over 30 years. My previous iMac was 11 years old, could no longer be updated with OS and other software and was getting slower by the day. I bought this new one thinking it would be faster and help me get my work done more quickly and efficiently. How wrong I was! It has a kernel panic attack almost every day, browser and email start hanging after a while and have to be forced to quit. Then it will not shut down, but restarts. Upon restart I get a message that the computer restarted because of a problem. I have sent dozens of reports to Apple daily. After a few days of apparent improvement, the entire machine seizes up. The trash can won't empty. Automatic software updates won't install, everything freezes and I have to hard restart. After more than a month since my purchase, some of these problems have resolved somewhat, but this computer is as slow, or slower, than my old one. I spend countless hours watching the beach ball spin when I want to be writing, editing photos, or posting online. I read and followed the online recommendations for updating software, re-installing the OS, trying every fix I could find, but I remain extremely disappointed with this expensive and lame computer.

Catalina OS is not great because there are delays with many operations, accompanied by a spinning color wheel. Being brand new this computer should work fast but it does not. I am not thrilled with it or with Apple in general.

I haven't been that thrilled with this Mac. Seems to be slower than my old one. I felt like it might have been refurbished. Definitely got to remember to charge your keyboard and mouse.

This makes my second I- MAC In ten yrs. I’ve had this one since May 2020 and I wouldn’t have any other kind . I had one problem with my 1st one and I called apple support and within 30 minutes it was back in use .

This IMAC is super fast, fantastic graphics and screen resolution. It is "intuitive" and makes using the computer not only easy but fun.

We upgraded from our previous iMac to this new version. Lots of great new features, easy to install. Loved our previous iMac which we had for 10 years and wanted to stay with the iMac due to security and great features.

My kids needed a new desktop for distance-learning school this year I would definitely recommend the Apple desktop it is compatible with the type of computer they use in the school system as well

What can I say, it's a iMac, Works like it should, could be faster opening apps like MS Word, Excel even mail takes longer than I think it should. Still happy with this purchase, at least you don't hear the fans like on my old windows PC.

This is my first iMac. I always bought IBMs prior however I am glad I made this purchase. It was simplistic to setup and virus free. Syncs nicely with my iPhone and iwatch. Definitely drinking the koolaid. Apple all the way!
