love the I mac, but I wish I could have ordered it through best buy but they said I had to go to the Apple site.

Never thought thar the pc was going to work great, l recomended it because l can edit my photos, videos and music production excellent and excellent definetion

Bought for my husband. I purchased an IMAC for myself several years ago & love it. My husband is learning how to use it since it is different than Windows. So far he really likes the IMAC.

I bought this thinking my old Mac had a problem,but I factory reset my old one and it works fine. Now I have two. These computers really last they are worth every penny in my opinion.

I am enjoying the clarity! Picture are not too big, not to small! I am not a master on the computer, but I find that I can figure out what I need to do without too much time and trouble.

The Apple desktop is the best, reliable and easy to use. Between Best Buys and Apple assistant, transferring all of my apps and stored information was seamless. Great buy.

It's an mac! No further explanation needed. Great product and the fact it is all in one means less clutter. The only disappointment is the small keyboard. It doesn't have 10 key.

The beach ball is consistent with this model. A lot slower than my 10 year old MacBook Pro. Perfect for kids.

As a senior, this IMac is easy to get around. If I do not understand something I can Google my question and an answer is provided. The command button is my friend.

the reason for 4 stars is no background lights on the keyboard , I can't believe for expensive and brand new 2020 computer no illuminated keyboard .apple needs to upgrade to new times.

I am a photographer and I have adobe products running constantly and I have safari open for contact w clients and upkeeping with social media, etc. It lags when you have too much open, but it’s not awful

A great experience as soon as we walked into the store . Staff was very Knowledgeable and helpful would recommend stopping and checking it out for yourself

Anyone who says this runs super slow is just impatient in my opinion. It takes about 2-3 minutes or less to boot up and applications open in a minute or less. I love it!

Ordering was easy. Computer arrived on time. Package was in excellent condition. I would recommend buy from Best Buy online especially during this time of Covid-19.

The computer itself is great, but I paid for it to be geek squad certified (which is supposed to include professional cleaning) and it arrived dirty and obviously not cleaned.

This is my second iMac, hasn't changed much but after 9 years I decided to get a newer version and give my Son my old one...these computers are the absolute best !!!!

It’s definitely a learning curve, but I’m enjoying the iMac! I’ve changed out the keyboard because I prefer a larger one, but other than that it’s a great addition!
