Fabulous computer. Just switched to Apple from the pc world and I’ve never been happier. Should’ve done it years ago. So stable and solid. Never crashes and it’s made to last.

This is a very good product , I wanted to ask you guys if I have any insurance on this computer in case if it’s stolen or damaged , so it can be replaced ?

Purchased a Mac PC for my wife for Christmas. Great price and service by Best Buy! Searched others stores but Best Buy beat their prices and their Geek Service is great.

We needed to buy a desktop computer for our kindergarten son to do oine school. My wife thought this would be the best option. I disagree.

Interestingly zoom picture background won’t work in this desktop, yet does on my laptop and iPhone. Has crashed a few times, but I’m heavy duty in open tabs. Overall happy with it.

This Mac was reset to original factory specs because of an error on my part. The work was done very quickly and the computer worked well when I set it up.

I think this is an excellent product. I was just going to get a monitor to use at home but this was a way better buy for more money - worth it for me and needs.

I am really enjoying my new iMac. So many features and enjoying viewing Family pictures on high quality Retina 4K display. Perfect for my everyday needs.

This iMac was a replacement for a unit 10 years old. The old unit still worked great but did not have enough RAM to upgrade. I expect this new iMac to be just as reliable

I love Apple. I’m totally exited that all my devices I use for designing Tshirts phone iPad Mac all work together. What I do on one shows up on all.

Took a stare because it is significantly slower than my MacBook Pro, but it gets the job done. Get the more expensive one unless you want to wait a long time to boot up.

I’m a dedicated Apple product customer. I own many Apple products, (2 Iwatches; 2 iphones; 2 MacBook pros; 1 G5-Tower and now 2 iMac’s, So this is just me keeping up with technology.

This is a new experience for us having a Mac. We have always had windows. It's been a bit to get used to, but all in all we are happy with the purchase.

The apple people at Best Buy were so knowledgeable....it let me get over the finish line of buying a Mac that i had been thinking about for quite a long time..

Love the computer, but it was purchased as Open Box during pandemic for my son to do online school. Has hardware issues, runs very slow for a new computer.

Very happy with the purchase though I do have a slight lag in the computer but that’s Apple haha! but Best Buy is a great place to shop. Recommend any one here.

The iMac is full of fun features and is best in quality. I am a very loyal shopper for Apple and this product this not disappoint. Hoping for lasting quality.

Great monitor. Easy to set up. But ... very sluggish. 5 minutes from power up to usable. Even my 2012 apple laptop is ready in 3 minutes. That slow startup is why I bought this machine. 7 minutes to load iMovie. Other programs also bog it down. Apple help desk very kind but a total reset of the hard drive and reinstall has has not made a difference. Been using apple for 12 years. First lemon. Took too long and can’t return. So need to maneuver through the warranty process. Expensive mistake.

Great purchase we love it! Although I was looking for Literature there was not any in the box! Other then that it’s is up and running very well.
