    I have never had a computer, let alone a Mac, run this slow. Start up takes forever, need to get on the internet…good luck. Need to open a document? Be prepared to wait a while. It struggles to do basic functions. I really regret purchasing this.

    Worst computer I have ever owned. I have had nothing but headaches since I purchased this item. It starts and restarts on its own and everytime I call for help I get nowhere

    I have this mac for 4 years. I hate everything about it. I hate the system. they said once i get it I'll love it. LIARS! it's horrible. I still can't find my files and documents. it's crazy! I want to throw this freaking mac out of my window. it's so not worth the money. IT;S SO COMPLICATED. I hate it! i can't use this computer without anger. I want my windows ASUS back. and it gets so slow I have to wait for 20 min to open MS Word.I don't recommend it to nobody!

    I honestly loved this computer until I realized you have to literally do coding to try and change the login screen background. It is so maddening that you cannot simply change the background which I usually would not care about but it's unnecessarily difficult. It bothered me so much that I am sitting here writing a negative review about something so small. I will never purchase another Mac because of how stupid this is.
