This is all I wanted and more. I was sad because I wanted the larger screen but this was more cost effective. I was worried this one would be to small but I was wrong! This is perfect and the screen is huge. You will not be disappointed. The sleek design, the sharp picture and clear sound makes it an excellent purchase.

Great product! Easy to use, and love the graphics

Let me start with, I'm happy with my product and I'm in no need of changing anything. When I received this as a present, I was ecstatic for a new computer. Everything seems to be working properly. However, there is a dent on the bottom of the stand. This could have been a shipping/handing or storing problem. Everything else is great. Dented, so I cannot give a 5/5.

After 8 years together my old iMac suddenly left me, the video card dyed. I was excited to upgrade to the new iMac with Retina display. The picture is phenomenal! Transferring data from my old mac was a pain. I used Totally tech support, but they couldn't transfer the old hard drive. So I had to buy hard drive enclosure and cables to transfer it myself. The Photos app (which I use a lot) is not working properly, it took 12 hours to convert the old iPhoto library to new Photos library and now still not working correctly, can't connect to it when I want to upload photos online. I lost all my applications. It's much slower and it takes minutes on start up.

I consider that I have a pretty good knowledge of computers. I have had all windows based systems both at home and work over the years. I was able to figure out what and how to do things with the Mac system. However I bought this IMac for my daughter. She has minimal computer skills and this system baffled her. I IMac was great as far as I was concerned but trying to explain how to move around in mac os as opposed to Windows was hard when the person has limited computer skills. If the computer was for me I would not have a problem and the IMac and mac os seemed great to me. If you already know the mac system this is a great system, the screen images are super and everything worked great. If you are going from Windows to Mac, it is a challenge but a lot of fun doing it.

So. This is a beautiful computer. You get what you pay for and I highly suggest this computer, but up your RAM!! I had to sell this a few months after because it ran so slow. I upgraded and got a 64gb ram Apple instead. (I am a photographer, so I use Adobe Lightroom, which uses up all the ram.)

The resolution is outstanding, which was expected but still a very nice thing to have, also the speed of responses to my requests is much better than other desktops or laptops I have seen. Another plus the number of downloads included and the updating which can be automatic. A darn good buy. This is my second one.

I have been a dedicated user of Apple products since the mid 1990’s. My first Apple computer was an LC III. This 21.5 “ iMac is the third iMacI have purchased over the years. Each one has come with enhanced features making my computer use easier and more enjoyable.

easy to use BRIGHT screen and quick great for home use

My Imac (Built 2006) crashed. I found it was obsolete and apple wouldn't even look at it, So I bought a new Imac (21.5 inch screen). Excellent replacement. Only miss super drive. sufficient input ports and other than some learning curve associated With Catalina OS intuitive and the plug and play I love.

As always, Apple products are easy to use, this is no exception. This is our 3rd Imac, 6th Apple computer. There are a few programs I use that needed more memory, so I gave this one to my daughter and she is very happy. I purchased a mini Mac for myself.

This was the best item I could have bought before stores closed and families were quarantined in the house. It’s everything I need! Sleek,bright, more than reliable to obtain information, communicate with others and store information on. If your stuck in the house this item is a must have!
