Love the screen resolution, and the general operation of the iMac. Data transfer from the TimeCapsule went smoothly once a LAN connection was established (do not try to use WiFi). My only complaint is the keyboard provided. I'm used to the extended keyboard with the number pad, so this tiny keyboard does not work for me.

The iMac is absolutely stunning! The picture is crystal clear. I'm a graphic designer and the large display makes my work so much more efficient. I 10/10 recommend buying this computer! Plus is was a bonus that it comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard...I guess I didn't realize that when I purchased, but it was an added perk!

Excellent Computer and exceptional Customer Service

Excellent machine. This computer is faster than my old 2011 model. There is a slight wait time for start up. The device plugs are upgraded to USB-c and the mini DisplayPort is no longer available. I was disappointed that I could not use my old Mac as a secondary display and had to purchase another monitor for this purpose.

I bought my first Apple computer in 1990 for my daughter, I have been an Apple fan ever since. In my job as a creative designer for a newspaper I worked on a Mac. I still prefer an Apple product over any other PC.

I decided to purchase the 27 inch iMac after the 21 was unavailable. It was the right choice. The iMac 5k is frickin awesome. I feel like I'm viewing my content on a movie screen. The one thing I'm not crazy about is the keyboard, Apple needs to revise it and make it more attractive. All in all, this is a winner.

While recovering from eye surgery, the (very old) predecessor to this desk top made life worth living. When the time came, I didn't think twice about getting the latest greatest version--working at home is NOT onerous with this wonderful device.

I replaced my earlier 27" six-years-old model iMac with the newest model. I saw the newer ones to come from Apple ... 24" and less expensive but not available for weeks. I'm glad I didn't wait. The crisp clarity of this one, speed and 3" larger screen are wonderful. It's a faster model with good speed and lots of storage besides a quick save to the iCloud. No regrets and glad I bought through Best Buy. A Geek Squad Agent came out days later ... I had planned for this in advance ... and installed all that I needed installed as well as anything needing to be transferred from older iMac to newer one. I'm up and running, and enjoying the pure pleasure of being back in business. Also applause to the Geek Squad Agent for making sure everything coordinated with my new iMac and older iPad and iPhone. Bravos all around ... and one or two for me for seeing the ultimate logic of doing it this way.

You never can go wrong with a Mac. This desktop does no different. Apple has made sure that it is perfect for beginners. From the large screen to the different software‘s that come already loaded onto it. This is a computer must have for both business and fun. Very user friendly.

I’m an older lady - 58 and this is my first Mac. I was using my phone up until this purchase. All I can say is WOW. It was soooo easy to set up. And I’m not tech savvy. It’s great for viewing live feeds, videos photos- anything. I just love it & glad I took the plunge!

Outstanding computer. The 3.3ghz 6-Core i5 processing is super fast, almost so fast that it doesn't seem real sometimes. How does Adobe Photoshop launched and ready in three seconds or less sound? So the speed is zero concern unless you want to shake your head in amazement. The 27" screen is very impressive. I thought it might be too big for my needs but am glad I decided to upgrade to this size. Just having the screen real estate for multiple programs being visible is a huge plus. Screen clarity, sharpness, etc, is obviously great, no need to confirm that. Otherwise it's similar to all iMac's. Just the incredible processing speed and screen size. Much steeper cost but recommended if able.

Was happy to be able to buy a computer and use it same day, but after 2 years, I'm already starting to have graphics cards problem with this model. I use it primarily for graphic design and artwork, so I know my programs need a little more to run them, but this just seems a little soon for an issue like this.

Bought this Apple 27" iMac for my granddaughter. She does a lot of photographic editing and loves this product with its large screen and hard drive.

I bought this iMac as an upgrade a replacement for my old MacBook Air and with the intention of opening up my technological world. This beauty DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! The possibilities are endless. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

My first Mac, love it, came from window since 3.0 Somethings are a little different, but overall pretty easy transition to OS. Mac is super fast... though hate keyboard, I like the MS Natural 4000, MAC, Apple needs a better keyboard
