Quickly boots up! memory is good wish it came with 16GB of ram! I’m a music producer and need ram to run my DAW and plugins can over whelm the Pc at times but so far so good! I’m definitely pleased and understand why so many other producers choose apple products for what we do!! 5 stars!!!

Always wanted a Mac …

Needed upgrade

Extremely disappointed by BestBuy
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I purchased this product from Best Buy in Open Box - Excellent which is supposed to come in like-new condition. I'm writing this review on the day of receiving the product. The product arrived missing ALL of its styrofoam packaging and did not have a mouse and keyboard, meaning that the lone MONITOR spent transit jostling around the box with nothing to support it. Moreover, when I tried to turn on the device, it was slow, and turns out, there are still documents on the iMac from the LAST OWNER. I called Best Buy customer support and they were unable to do ANTHING for me but to process a small credit and refund. The refund is not even enough to purchase the Magic Mouse and KeyBoard that was SUPPOSED to come with the purchase! I am extremely upset and disappointed by Best Buy. I will be returning the product, and WILL NOT be making another purchase with BestBuy. Note before you make a purchase that if the product shows up less than satisfactory, Best Buy will just tell you "too bad!" after you spent over 2k on a device.

- A:Answer No, Apple has not had build in CD/DVD drive for 6-8 years. You can buy or external CD for a low price and it works great, that's what i have done with my 2-13 MBP Laptop.

- A:Answer No. However, you are able to tilt the screen from its neck to about 45 degrees facing up and about 30 degrees facing down. So, if you are sitting in an adjustable office chair, you will be able to get the screen to follow to your eye level.
