A: No, only on Apple.com but it is very simple to add more ram and a lot cheaper if you do it yourself. Check out some youtube videos
Q: If I purchase this 27” desktop will the Geeks transfer all me data from my current Apple Desktop?
A: Yes, but they will charge you about $150.00 to do it. You can follow directions online or do a you tube video.
Q: Does this computer come with a CD drive?
A: No, Apple has not had build in CD/DVD drive for 6-8 years. You can buy or external CD for a low price and it works great, that's what i have done with my 2-13 MBP Laptop.

Q: Can you adjust the height to be taller?
A: No. However, you are able to tilt the screen from its neck to about 45 degrees facing up and about 30 degrees facing down. So, if you are sitting in an adjustable office chair, you will be able to get the screen to follow to your eye level.
A: We purchased a new Mac and it did need the upgrade to Big Sur. That didn’t take 6 hours, but it has taken 3 tries to finally get it to work correctly.
