“If I buy a new iMAC will it have the latest iOS Big Sur installed? I want to ensure that I don't get one that has High Sierra or Catalina installed then I have to spend 6 hours upgrading to he latest iOS. Thanks”

We purchased a new Mac and it did need the upgrade to Big Sur. That didn’t take 6 hours, but it has taken 3 tries to finally get it to work correctly.
