Best desktop in the market. Worth it for the price

I would rather purchase a pc becuase it is easier to navigate and use. I purchased this for a client and even setting up a prinyer was difficult. You even get more memory and processing power for money with a pc.

The item was returned and purchased elsewhere due to Best Buy’s horrible customer service! The item was a previously opened box item. Since it was the only one, I agreed to purchase it. I was assured that the item was only used for a short time and upon return was deemed in excellent shape by the Geek squad. What I found on opening the box was not as I was told. The item was packaged poorly and did not have a power cord. When I called Best Buy the manager I spoke to asked what I expected because it was an open box. He asked why I didn’t see the tiny sticker saying it was missing items and was in fair condition. Such a poor response prompted me to return the item and purchase it elsewhere. It will take a lot to win me back as a customer!

It’s honestly to big get yourself a MacBook Pro 16 inch laptop instead their much sleeker in my opinion plus the look of this thing is extremely dated at this point

I was really excited to have an iMAC, but quickly regretted the purchase. It was an open box but advertised as have some sort of seal of approval that it was at least in running condition. From day one It was shutting down on it's on daily, and would reboot with no problem. Then almost a month to the day of purchase it had a flashing screen, then zebra screen, then shut down and never came back on, just died, nothing. Not a happy customer. It's really sad. I'm disappointed that they would sell something as an open-box that had an obvious serious issue.

After light use of one month, the fan has been really noisey and the computer overheats.

How are you guys gonna sell something that’s blocked because an account is attached to it!? Then apple takes years to reply to tech support which is just great. You guys literally had one job and it was to factory reset the thing. Either the person, best buy, or apple could’ve done that, this is just sad, you guys simply just don’t care anymore.

Bought open box, the computer stopped working 2 days after my refund date. Now I have a $1800 paper weight. Horrible. Don’t buy open box.

I absolutely love my iMac and so glad that I made this big purchase. All though I was sadly disappointed when they came out with colored monitors right after I purchased.

It was a wonderful experience. I always like to do in store purchase, because of timing/ schedule, I decided to do it on line. I love it and I would advise anyone to do the same. Don't let you bother by the schedules, it's easy and very convenient.

I am always able to find what I need, when I need and at a price me as a senior citizen can afford.

It's great, like all Apple products I have ever owned. I've been an Apple user for over 30 years. This 27" iMac replaced another earlier version which I managed to destroy by allowing the end of a USB attached Lightning cable to come into contact with a live 110volt power source. I liked the earlier example that I destroyed so much that after I fried it, I replaced it with current version of the same model. Not a thought of doing otherwise!

See, this is something you probably didn't know. Yes, the iMac had 5k resoluton. But, with Catalina OS, Safari could not show anything over 1080p resoluton. But now, with the Big Sur update? GAMECHANGER!!! Now you get to watch in 4k format. And there is not a computer made that can even come close to the resolution of the iMac with Big Sur in 4k! Not. Even. Close!!!

I love it. My old iMac needed to be replaced so a big difference.
