    Ipad looks brand new. Works flawlessly. I have noticed a slight bit of drop in battery life but overall a great value.

    Great! Worked with no flaws! After purchasing, received 2 days sooner than wxpected which was great because it was a gift and i wasnt sure id get it in time!

    As a refurbished, no cosmetic damage or scratches, but battery life is not what I expected. Only last for about 3hours.

    No issues. Came well packaged with charger block, and very long cable. Had some very light dirt on it but that was all. Holds charge well and plays games really well.

    The iPad air is. a great tablet. It's great for on the go, no need to lug around my MacBook. I can do all I need on this.

    NEVER, EVER, EVER buy a refurbished tech item from Best Buy. This was supposed to come in as new with all original items like a charger. This thing came in a plastic bag, was filthy, and they put in AN OLD MACBOOK PRO CHARGER that was in a ziplock bag with all sorts of dirt and gross things (looked a little like grass too!). I opened it in the store since it was a store delivery and promptly returned it. Even the manager who did the return was shocked! Open Boxes are great...refurbished - NO WAY!!

    Avoid refurbished iPads. Best Buy had a good deal for them in August and knowing that we needed one for November homeschooling, I bought one. Now that we started using it in November, the charging port stopped working. The port looks clean and the power cable is brand new which was supplied with the iPad. Called Best Buy and they said I’m already past the return date. I asked if they could just replace it because we’ve barely have a couple hours of usage on the iPad (the usage logs show that). But they said I have to pay to get it fixed. At this rate I should have just bought brand new because the price to repair this gets me to the price of a new one. I’ll never be buying refurbished again.

    Sent me the wrong item. I ordered 256G and they sent 64G. I called and sat on hold to get the price difference refunded but nothing ever happened.
