Overall a great powerful machine! I use it daily for photo/ video editing and streaming, and with the 15in display it makes multitasking worth getting the bigger screen size!

Great condition and came with everything mentioned in the description. Could not be happier with the product. Not a single scratch on the macbook and everything runs perfectly. Service was great when I picked it up, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend both the product and shopping at the location I purchased it from.

i got my mom this for Christmas and its February now and its been great! its just as good as if i had bought it brand new. we love the size, i wasnt sure if the 15 inch was going to be a good choice but it was actually the perfect choice! and my mom loves the ease that comes with owning a Mac, having all her apple product be connected it great! i would highly recommend and the only reason i give 4 stars is because we have only had it a short amount of time so i cant speak for the longevity of the item but as of now i have no complaints! (other then i wish the new models still had the touch bar but thats a problem to take up with apple lol). With that being said hopefully eveything continues being great with the Macbook Air 15inch M2 chip and i actually plan on buying one for myself since i love the one i bought for my mom so much!

Received like brand new, I bought this to replace my old 2018 dell inspiron 15.6'', I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Came as described. No issues except started up in a foreign language and just had to adjust the setting to be in English.

Be careful this 2024 Holiday season. I bought this Macbook Air 15” and recieved a Macbook Air 13”. I was advised that I could not return it to the store because the item is a refurbished item. Nor would they honor the price of the item with an item in like conditions shall I choose to buy it now. Then I was advised by a supervisor, I would lose out on the sale price because the item would no longer be on sale. Adam (one of many managers) at the Lincoln, NE O street location wouldn’t even take the time to hear me out. I wasn’t upset, I just wanted to know of any ongoing practices to help prevent this from happening, since I ordered the item instore for delivery to home through that specific location and want to order more since I’d be busy this holiday season. I was given an “I’m sorry” and no guarantee of when my funds will return or if they will due to an investigation into the incorrect item.. although Bestbuy confirmed the item originally belonged to them through a 6 day investigation using the serial number, model number, and inventory back log. I’m disappointed and S.O.L, but owell. You guys are taking an increased risk if you’re shopping online this 2024 Holiday season with Bestbuy, because an associate of Bestbuy explain that I am not the only person this has happened to within the 2nd week of November. Not sure if this was information used to relieve my stress or factual but my personal experience is factual not emotional. So again, be careful and Happy Holidays!
