  • Huge waste of time and money

    I ordered this product but was sent a 13 inch MacBook instead of the 15 inch. I have been told that since it is a refurbished product my only option is to print a return label (I don’t have a printer so I will need to pay for printing somewhere) and bring it to a UPS store for a refund, and then order a new computer. This is a huge inconvenience and I am still without a computer. I will not be ordering products from Best Buy in the future.
