Sleek design, great sound. Easy to use with multiple family members.

Because I use a lot of Apple products I decided to give this one a try as well. The sound is good. Just as good as my little portable Bose speaker. I can use it with my Apple TV. I can just say “Hey Siri, turn on TV” and it works. It is also used to turn on lights in my room. The one con is it sometimes doesn’t work either it doesn’t understand you or whatever. That can be annoying. My backup, sorry Apple, uhm is Alexa. Price was a little high.

If you are part of the Apple ecosystem and use Apple Music, just buy it now. It’s powerful, it’s small, it’s classy. I got four. Intercom feature is actually my favorite part!! Only complaint: white plug comes with the space gray HomePod, which is an unusual design misstep on apple’s part (meaning if the plug is visible, you’ll have to get a black adapter so it matches).

Works great. ~ Some small setup issue but resolved it fairly quick. Just be sure to have apple-ID information complete & be sure the smart speaker isn’t sitting on or near home stereo speakers or high power devices like a home theater receiver. This way it receives an undisturbed signal from the home WiFi. A bookshelf or uncluttered nightstand is a good choice. ~ Don’t expect crazy loud volume of music from this unit. It can fill tiny/small rooms just beautifully, but for large open rooms will require an additional speaker for more a enjoyable music experience. I feel this size of this smart speaker is best suited for dorms or personal spaces. It’s larger companion is best suited for the larger/open spaces such as big living rooms. ~ Siri responds well, as long your internet connection is strong. Just be sure to pay attention yourself for Siri’s lights or Siri’s audio u’huh response. ~ I myself have been enjoying mine mainly as a low wattage sleep sounds speaker & occasional small music list listening. (In use for at least 10-hours dally, if not longer.) Before, I used a low watt surround sound system. But it still used too much electricity for me to be comfortable with. But this unit is perfect. When the speaker is asleep, it’s power consumption is almost nothing. That makes me happy as well.

I have worked as a sound engineer for a traveling live performance entertainment company and analyzing sound quality for our systems and the venue was my job desceiption. I have used Apple’s Home Pod for several years now and the sound quality is the best I have experienced from any device to date. I decided to upgrade my Apple Home system by adding two of the Mini Home Pods of which I did not expect comparable quality in sound. I added them for the purpose of expander in my demands and request a Siri to other rooms. Now that I’ve done it I am regretful. I did not add it sooner. The sound quality is amazing and I get it in a plus plus plus and highly recommend the mini HomePods to add to your Apple HomePod system. 

Sound is great, idk why it took me some times to get it to connect to my phone (meaning to send text, or transfer call), but after I rebooted my phone it work great. Just make sure it’s on the same connection. All in all luv it and works great to use with all my other apple products, especially the tv if you want that digital sound

I put off getting into the smart home stuff for a long time but got on board once these HomePod Minis came out. I’ve got five spread throughout the house and for the size they’ve got excellent sound quality. Syncing audio across rooms works well. Setup is super easy as long as your in the apple ecosystem and have an iPhone. The only downside I’ve ran into is cleaning the mesh fabric. I haven’t found a good way to do this yet.

I love my mini! From the sound quality to it's mini size. These are well worth your money! Love it!

Great product. Packaging was in good shape. Product worked well and fulfilled what I needed it to do. Easy to set up with iPhone and HomeApp. Would recommend to others.

The second generation of home speakers from Apple may not be the sonic powerhouse of the original HomePod, but at one-fourth the price and half the size, it is no slouch either. Love the yellow color option. Sound is excellent as a standalone speaker for the bedroom or those working from home.

Pretty good sound for a speaker this size. Would have loved Bluetooth connectivity. I realized two speakers work drastically better than 1.

My first smart speaker. I’m one of those “old people” trying to keep up with technology. Easy setup. Good sound. I’m just scratching the surface of what it can do, but so far, so good. I’ve added my tv and several smart plugs and lightbulbs and am looking forward to maximizing the features as I learn more about its capabilities.

Overall this was good. The sound was pretty good as well enough to fill a small room. However there were a few things I couldn’t get used to, like not being able to say “hey Siri play this specific playlist on Spotify”. These don’t automatically connect to Spotify nor your playlists. So if you’re a Spotify user I would not recommend. However if you’re an ALL APPLE USER by all means go ahead a purchase. I personally prefer Alexa as it is more flexible to third party apps and this is NOT.

I have 2 HomePod and that was huge mistake on apples part because they are hands down best speaker compared to anything that size. I have wide range. Lg, Bose, Samsung, google, sonos and it just knocks out of park. But the mini is cute and is good addition to the family.

It’s a cool little speaker is producing soothing music to high volume music. I wish this a would’ve been wireless and rechargeable.

Optimized for Apple products. Unfortunately, it is not available for Android and Windows products. It's small but gives a clear sound. It's not a big sound. It connects with iPhone very easily. Buy two of these and enjoy stereo sound.

Great sound and seamlessly integrates with all the Apple functions; iPhone, iPad and iMac. Really pleased with this speaker.

Just love it. Best smart speaker in the market. The sound quality is super. For small rooms it is definitely a hit. I wish Apple can allow us to connect 5 or 7 of them with Apple TV to make is 7.1 dolby digital. Who knows, may be that will be the next feature. Siri is very handy, and plays my favorite playlists from apple music.

Awesome sound that surprises everyone that hears it. When sitting in the middle of a room, it’s sound fills the entire room effortlessly. When placed anywhere in the room, it’s able to push its sound to anywhere in the room. Its has great clarity and the Bass is surprisingly robust for such a small package, especially after the speaker has been broken in properly. Siri is fantastic, able to hear a whisper across the room even when playing music at a loud volume. In fact, it’s hard to say “hey Siri” anywhere in the room quietly enough for it not to hear you. HomeKit works great through it. When watching Apple TV you can have the sound come out of the speaker, which is really cool since it acts as a sound bar would. Great buy that I intend to do again For the Living room and possibly the kitchen as well. Very pleased

Great product. I am amazed at the sound this tiny speaker can produce. It also is just so easy to setup and use.
