Q: What do I do if the package was stolen. What are my options?
A: Nothing you can do, best buy will refuse to accept repsonsibilty, tell you to file a police report, and ban you from making any online orders to the address. They'll tell you to work with local police to resolve the issue while closing the case and refusing to escalate or properly investigate. My suggestion is to never order anything for delivery with best buy.
Q: Is this a Bluetooth speaker?
A: Hello, No. Not BlueTooth. You connect with wifi. As long as your Apple item (iPhone, iPad, iPod, iMac) are on the same wifi network as the HomePod mini, you can can connect and stream.
Q: Is this device able to access and play tunes from Amazon Music?
A: Apple is allowing other services to be set as the default music streaming service, but the individual companies have to update their respective apps to allow the functionality. So basically Amazon Music will be able to be the default music service if Amazon updates their app to allow it. But any music service can be used on your phone and then streamed via AirPlay to the Homepod.
Q: Is it wireless? U like the original homepod which you have to connect to electric wall outlet.
A: Hello, No. Not Wireless. Powers up via plug in cable like the original.
Q: Will this link and play sound from the AppleTV?

A: The unit has a cord hard wired into it that ends in a USB, not a regular plug. The adapter similar to a phone charger comes in the box so it can be plugged into any 120V outlet. The units functionality is run by your wireless router and setup is a breeze by just bringing an iPhone, IPad or iPod near the unit and it sets itself up to your router network.
Q: Will the Intercom feature work with my original HomePod and HomePod mini?
A: Yes, Intercom will work between the different HomePod models. It also will work with iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch & AirPods. Hope this helps!
A: It does not other than during initial setup. Once paired to the home you have though, relocating it does not initialize the startup sound. Also, once plugged in, it’s always on and never needs o be “woken up” like you would find in most portable Bluetooth speakers.
