Excellent room filling sound, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that it doesn’t connect direct to my smart bulbs. Siri also isn’t as good of an assistant as Alexa. However, the sound quality is fantastic for a tiny speaker, and if you’re already in the Apple ecosystem, the ease of use can’t be beaten.

We've been working on setting up a Smart Home and the homepods have been a great alternative to using Amazon and Google products that I trust much less with what data they are collecting. The sound on them is great, they're easy to set up and use.

I bought one and liked it so much I bought 3 more. Although I use Echo dots for communication, these blow the dots away for sound. I can't believe how something so small can sound so good. Very easy to set up and to pair if you want stereo sound.

I didn’t realize that this wasn’t a wireless speaker. Buying an Apple product who would’ve thought they’d be selling something that needs to be plugged into a wall the entire time. I bought this as a gift and would’ve gone with a beats pill or another wireless speaker. The speaker does sound very well.

It is good for the price. The speakers are phenomenal and work great with my sound system at home. Additionally, the smart home integration with Apple Home is flawless. I have several Nanoleaf tiles and Philips Hue lightbulbs around the house and it can control every one without breaking a sweat. It is also great for productivity, as you can ask Siri to read your text messages, send them, call somebody, and play music, just to name a few. Excellent value for money. Definitely would buy again.

I must say that I really like Apple Products, and this is no exception. The sound is great and I like the fact that it is a Smart Speaker. I am still considering purchasing the larger HomePod as well because I prefer more base in my music.

Sound quality is great for its size, far better than the google home mini. However, even though I have an iPhone, I still very much prefer the Google Assistant. As an overall speaker, its perfect… and the seamless handoff between the speaker and iPhone is so cool and works very well. I think if Apple can improve the Siri Assistant, this “smart” speaker in my opinion would be the way to to. I did connect this to my Mac Studio for better sound quality from the internal speakers of the Mac Studio and using them as purely PC speakers works great. I tried using them for conference calls and I’m not sure if it was proximity to the microphone but it was too loud and the others on the call heard echoes the entire time and I was manually muted until I fixed it (which was turning it off).

Work well and is easy to pair with existing Apple products. For being a small speaker the sound is good. Does sometimes have trouble connecting to the internet which is a bit of a bummer as I have never had that issue with an Amazon product. Set up was a bit of a pain, but after the initial set up it’s easy to use.

Although it’s not super loud it has a really great sound. It can go almost anywhere without looking out of place. If your in the apple eco system it’s an awesome add on to your Apple TV setup. Highly recommend.

The sound the HomePod mini provides is excellent in my small bathroom. I do like the fact I can transfer my song I’m listening to directly from my phone to the speaker with a tap of the phone. Only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is there are other speakers I have that produce better sound for the price point.

I bought this for my niece as a gift and she loves it. She wanted something small. Although it is small she says the sound is amazing. It also easily integrates with her apple products (phone, computer).

I would give this like a 4.5 star review. Its not perfect, "Alexa" and "hey google" are probably better androids and the price for the home pod mini is higher than the similar sized product from amazon and google. But in the end, this is a beautiful, clean, reliable and secure device that sounds SIGNIFICANTLY better than the Google home mini and echo dot, like its not even close. I plan to get a couple more and would like to hear how much better stereo pairing the music would be. It doesn't bother me that Siri isn't as smart as the others, but it for sure is the safest and most secure at protecting your privacy. my only dock on this would be the price vs its direct competitors, but to me, the quality and sound more than make up for it. Especially as your turn up the volume, it still sounds great and doesn't dilute like the competitors. I'm also impressed at how lightly I can say "Hey Siri" when the music is loud and she will still hear me.

Just what I need for my small home office space. The sound is exceptionally good for a 100 square foot area. For a speaker the size of softball it’s all one can ask for and the price is a big plus for a Apple product. Well worth the investment.

Though I prefer the better sound of the larger HomePod, now discontinued, this is probably a better deal for the price. A few of these around the house plus AirPlay 2 makes for a pretty nice whole house audio system.

This little speakers has a big volume. It is so loud and worth the price. I carry this around in my house and it connects in any room. You can use it with other music apps you just can’t command Siri to play any other app that’s not iTunes.

I really like this HomePod mini. Already have a full size HomePod but needed something smaller for my exercise room. My spouse prefers Sony portable speaker. However, I like the mini. Plus it seamlessly integrates into the Apple ecosystem.

Great sound for a small speaker. Sound is better than I expected for it to be so small. I will be adding more home pods in the futuristic my home.
