Good audio quality with mediocre voice assistance.

It is very enjoyable to listen to music with. In all honesty though Siri is nowhere near as good at responding to and correctly comprehending request as the other two big smart speaker voice assistants from my personal experience with all three. It is probably better when it comes to privacy though if that is a concern for you given what the other two companies do with data.

Moving to Thread and HomePod Mini is ready

And the HomePod mini works as your always available Thread Border control device. I’m ready to needing to address 2 or 3 different devices by their specific “wake up” summons. My biggest wishes are for a return of the Original HomePod for better fidelity, and a Apple HomeKit display, like the Nest Hub.
