Had a hard time linking the ball to the phone Siri wanted me to have Apple Music which I do not. I just wanted it to hook to my I phone 11 apple tech said u could not do it. Well my son was visiting and told me turn my music on from my phone I did then tap the top to turn the ball on. Blue tooth took over and stared playing directly from my phone . Hip hip hurrah

Big sound but cuts out now and then

The sound quality is much better than I would have expected and maybe better than it needed to be since Apple people seem to just buy their products regardless. Set up is super easy. Probably like everything Siri, sometimes she answers a question we never asked. But I think we all know by now Big Brother is ALWAYS listening.
