We started using this as our way into HomeKit as well! The speaker has great sound and we end up listening to more music that we actually prefer! Just be sure to grab it while it is on sale!

I went in on buying it because I’m well in the Apple ecosystem so no problems with it not being spotify compatible but the new update should eliminate that barrier! Copped at a deal too. 299 is a little too much

Siri might not be as “smart” as Alexa or google home but for my purposes of playing music & basic questions or commands she works perfectly. I can’t wait to start getting HomeKit enabled smart devices to connect to my HomePod.

Started in my dining room but found it was too powerful and causing glasses to shake. Moved to living room and connected to Apple TV for sound. Much better application for it. Amazing sound quality.

This product is not worth it

I finally decided to buy it. In fact that was the very last one on black friday that I picked up from the store in mountain view. I am very happy with it. The sound quality is just amazing.

I bought this on sale and it’s still too expensive. I put it in my office and it works great but I’d have a hard time justifying buying another one. We’ll see what version 2 has to offer :)
