This is my second HomePod mini and I am using it in a different room, not pairing the two together. The HomePod mini offers an impressive rich sound that will fill a room. The setup is super simple.

Great sound! I like that it can be paired with my iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. The only place I feel it falls short is being able to use it as a stereo pair with my 2018/2020 update Mac Mini (I can either use one or the other) unless I update my Mac to Big Sur which I am not ready to do yet.

Great little unit and works well with the apple ecosystem we have in the house. Alot better sound than our Amazon echo units

I picked this Apple Home Pod Mini to analyze and test it for ease of use with Home theater system. I'm impressed with the performance. I haven't had any issues it looks and feels great and I 've used it to set up Apple home devices also. It has a USB cable to keep the unit plugged into power at all times. No battery level on this unit. Even are all the color choices to place one in every room as an intercom and such. I chose black to have all tech blacked out when movie led back lights are on, If you are on the fence about which Mac Mini compared to oter small speakers, don't lose anysleep on this one. It's worth the value.

Needed something small but sounded great for my home office. This is perfect and was easy to pair with my iPhone.

I have been intrigued by this product since released, and frustrated with Apple's pricing practices and desire to be a "top tier" company by only offering high end high price products. This device always seemed a bit overpriced and unnecessary for me as I have a nice sound system connected to my TV, but I wanted something for Home Kit control. I like Apple's focus on encryption and privacy especially with the alway on always listening home controlling devices like this. I have apple Home Kit enabled devices in my house, and wanted a quick way for my pet sitter to turn them on and off when she comes in. I tried the Amazon dot last year, but found it difficult to setup and you need to have the always listening feature on. It also required setting up my already existing already working HomeKit enabled devices in the Alexa app which was hit and miss. I was waiting and hoping that Apple would release a cheaper version of this with less speaker and more control. Then Best Buy had this on holiday sale for 100 dollars off retail price. I figured it was worth a try knowing I had time to return it if it did not work. I set it up in seconds yesterday, and immediately transferred the podcast I was listening to on my phone to the speaker. I often wear headphones around the house and listen to music or podcasts throughout the day. This makes it easy to transfer what I am listening to via my phone airplay button and I can hear it clearly from anywhere in the downstairs. It sounds amazing and is so much easier to use to listen to anything on my phone. Yes you can use it without the Hey Siri feature listening. You can press and hold the center of the top panel which prompts Siri so I can turn off the "always listening" or if it does that annoying digital assistant thing where it mishears something I say that sounds vaguely like "Hey Siri" and becomes disruptive (This has not happened yet). I also like that in the Home app on my iPhone I can turn off the Home pod analytics which will not share my always on always listening recordings with Apple or anyone else. I wish the $200 price was not a promotion, but the retail price. After 1.5 days it has proven its worth and made me realize something I was overtly critical of and uninterested in is as good as I was sure it was not. I like being proven wrong. I am not sure I would pay $300 for it at full price, but if it keeps impressing me like this I might eat those words as well.

Pairs very well with other Apple ecosystem products. I mainly use it as an alarm clock and for music. Only wish is that it had a display for the time.

Excellent mini speaker! Works as ape siri instructions, connect to your Home app and automate smart stuff! Can do intercom in multiple minis and play music connects all speakers in home.

Amazing sound … perfect size no need much space ….

I actually have multiple of these throughout my home. One in every room and a full size in my living room. Phenomenal device, amazing sound, and easy to use. Makes the perfect addition to my current ecosystem. Very happy.

Good size for our kitchen and doesn't take up much counterspace. Sleek design blends in. Sound quality is good although we mostly use it for background music. Overall happy with purchase aside from wishing the cost was a bit less.

I LOVE my Apple HomePod so much. It’s perfect for my office space.

The setup was super easy. I got a pair for stereo sound and use with my Apple tv. I did had to exchange one 3 times because it wasn’t working consistently when through airplay. Hopefully Apple will have a fix for that soon!

The sound of this is perfect for a small room (normal HomePod would be too big/loud). Apple hits it out of the ballpark again with its design and attention to detail. Everything from the setup to the configuration was easy.

We had the google pods and let me tell you, these are an upgrade especially if you have iPhones

Got this for my 12 years old daughter, she loves it a lot. This little thing plays loud music with good quality of sounds. I recommend for kids room.

These are great around the house! Not as loud as my HomePods, but definitely has great sound for such a small speaker. Doesn’t have as many features as other smart speakers such as echo dot, but it’s compatible with the Apple Ecosystem so that’s the plus side. Intercom is a nice feature as well.

I purchased this from Best Buy, and this thing is great! Works great, easy to use, and, for such a small product, the sound is incredible! This will replace my Bose in the bedroom, and will sit perfectly on the night stand.

You will love the HomePod if and only if: You have an IOS device You are already are or willing to be in the Apple Music World You value quality sound You don’t want to order a pizza from your speaker. You will HATE the HomePod if you can put a NOT in front of any ONE of the above statements. People bash this speaker because it doesn’t try to be like any or all other speakers. Judge it for what it is, not what it isn’t. Its great adaptive sound. Voices in particular are clear. Its great with Apple Music. Its easy to set up with IOS. Its small. It blends in with the room. Its quality. Its not for droids. Sorry.

Really nice wireless speaker. If you’re an Apple user, these sound great and work seamlessly with your gear. Disappointed they discontinued the full size HomePods. Glad I got two before they were gone.
