Best purchase ever I bought two one for myself and one as a gift for my kids. I love the sound its not as great as the home pod but just as good for the price. Ive used it as an alarm surround sound for my tv and a speaker for my Mac mini and it does a great job. For the size it packs the sound I need for my room and for the price its a Best Buy.

Excellent sound and build quality. Siri can hear me over loud music and from other rooms in my home. Works very well with Apple Music. The unit itself feels heavy and very solid. Sleek design.

Amazing sound, perfect size, recommend 200% dont think twice

I have the Homepod and love the sound so was very skeptical about purchasing the mini since I was used to the sound profile of the original. I was plesantly surprised at how clear the sound was as well as how much bass it produces. My only complaint is that there is no bluetooth or otion for a wired connection, but you know… Apple.

I am thoroughly impressed by how powerful this small speaker is! Not only is it possible to create a stereo pair with 2 of these bad boys, but it is also possible to "handoff" calls and music to the speaker with a simple tap gesture. I love my homepod minis and will continue to use them daily!

Answer.....NO! I love the quality sound and the richness of the bass! It was so easy to set-up. Just plug it in and place your Apple device close to the HomePod an enjoy your favorite tunes! The only complaint I have, is that you cannot link SiriusXM. Overall I rate the system a 5 however, I am giving a 4 because of the SiriusXM.

As a single speaker, the sound is great, for the size of the speaker. As a stereo pair, connected via an Apple TV for streaming TV, the sound leaves a lot to be desired.

I love my HomePod Minis. I have one in 3 different rooms in my house. I also have HomeKit smart lights, and these help a lot with those. Music and more just by asking for it. Great audio.

Im disappointed in this product solely due to to Siri being trash and almost every request you ask it tells you to ask from your phone. Google nest and Alexa are way ahead in this sector. I has Google ecosystem for awhile and while it had its times where the Google nest bugs out overall it was and still is more reliable for asking things on the fly. Any thing that is available as Google search I can get answers to. Homepod on on the other hand can’t respond with results from web. It will just tell you it found web results and to ask again from my iPhone. So outside of listening to music and interacting with smart home accessories its not worth it. Maybe in the future if they add Apple intelligence aka ChatGPT lol. Oh yeah, also I don’t like the fact that you have to have your phone connected to WiFi at all times got homepod mini to work. I have a mac and iPad Pro with home app. Not sure why my phone has to be the default device.
