I'm a person who doesn't use a smart light, a smart home electronics so to me the speaker aspect of it is really worth it. The HomePod is definitely one of the best purchases I've made this year. It has such an outstanding sound quality with just one in the room. I did a test to see how loud this speaker is so I put it on 75% volume, closed my bedroom and walked around the house and I could still hear it from upstair and downstairs. The con with this device is it has difficulty recognizing classical music. Siri just butchers some of the classical and when you try to repeat it in the way Siri does, it won't be able to play that piece of music so you have to manually play the song in via iTunes or from your Apple device.

Love it! Have it in the bedroom while my regular HomePod is out in the main living room. This way I can have my music playing through the whole house while I’m doing things in both parts. Also comes in handy because I can now give Siri commands from anywhere!

I love this it goes to loud it's amazing and sometime in the future I will buy more for the rest of my house

I just love these HomePod Mini’s we we have purchased 4 and set them up all over the house. We also use them as a hub to control our doors, tv and garage in HomeKit. Needless to say the sound quality is Awesome

You can never go wrong with Apple. This mini HomePod is loud! I love that it connects with my Apple TV that is connected to my sound bar in my living room so when I listen to music I hear it everywhere in my apartment.

Excellent sound quality for the size and works really well with other apple products

It has a nice quality sound to it, it also is a great Bluetooth speaker with Wi-Fi ability. But the only downside is it doesn’t have the ability to connect directly by usb to my Mac mini as a speaker it’s all Bluetooth connection. It would’ve been great to have both options I would recommend it to a friend specifically for Bluetooth

The sound quality is surprisingly good from this little speaker. The low end is not super deep, but it well controlled. In addition, the microphone array for Siri commands seems to work as well as the regular HomePod in my room. I would definitely recommend!

I’m very impressed with this product. It was the second one I bought. I have one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Seriously thinking about getting another one and setting them up as a pair in the living room.

I purchased 2 original Homepods back when they were first released, and could not believe the sound that came from such a small speaker. this one is way smaller, and the sound is almost as good.

Bought this for our kitchen/sunroom, and didn’t really expect much because of the size. Figured I’d try the smaller version before dropping more money on the bigger one. Might have to just stick with this one, because it has surpassed my expectations.

If you use Siri or Apple Music this is a must have! Wasn’t sure about the product when I purchased it but it is amazing super easy setup and operation. Turns your whole house into voice controlled jukebox and the sound is unbelievable for such a small device.

Great mini speaker. I thought you would be able to pair the small ones with the larger ones but you cannot so I had to buy an extra mini. It was easy to set up but its been difficult utilizing this speaker as my tv speaker instead of the default ones.

Good little device, super easy to set up. Not quite as smart as Alexa, but I trust apple just a bit more. Also, you can use it to tell Siri to ping your phone, which is great because I always loose mine.

Great addition to our Siri based smart home. Feature rich and easy to set up. Voice recognition allows for personalized commands. Will be adding several more throughout the home. Good sound quality for background music.

Amazing sound quality! Beats amazon echo by far. Only knock are the limited uses of Siri on this device. Shortcuts are a killer feature for running automations.

I needed to have a Siri in my kitchen in addition to my bedroom, and this device is perfect. The voice, recognition sound quality, and everything else is top notch. I recommend it.

This is a very nice sounding speaker for the price, in my opinion. I use it in my kitchen and it sounds nice. I was really suspicious because I am used to the full size HomePod but the mini has great sound ( I would just avoid cranking it all the way up)
