Great Speaker not great Smart Speaker

As a speaker, the Homepod is fantastic, not so much as a smart assistant. The price is on the high side but so are the Sonos but they don't have beamforming. The bass punches and you feel it; the sound is crisp! FYI: I'm what you would classify as an Apple fanboy

Apple homepod mini

Because this product was bought 'unboxed' i suspect it was already setup once before, it was difficult to 'reset' and use in my home during first use. After overcomming that obstacle it works great.

Great Sound in a Small Size

Despite the size, which is pretty compact, the sound is rich and full. The only issues I have found, is when I compare it to other smart speakers. Currently, Siri is no match (Knowledge wise) to Alexa. Hopefully Apple will continue to improve Siri, but that is not why you buy the speaker. You buy it for the sound quality.

Immersive sound, incredible experience.

The sound is so immersive and could not be accomplished with any other single speaker out there. Place it anywhere in a room and it adjust the sound accordingly. The added bonus of Siri and the Apple ecosystem integration makes it so much more useful than a regular Bluetooth speaker.
