Bought two when they were on sale for $200 each. Kinda wish I’d have bought two more. They do get loud but I’d like them a bit louder hence the reason I wish I’d have bought more. Lol

Only good as a speaker. No display to view any info such as weather or news. Google home hub is far superior since it has a display.

I’m 100% in the Apple ecosystem of product, using an iMac, MacBook, iPhones, iPad and other products and this speaker integrate as expected into my setup. Oh, and it sounds great and fill the room when listening to music.

I own 3 homepods & the sound is fantastic! Siri is secure so you can choose who connects and there is no dropping in to listen, I plan on getting at least 2 more to put around my house!

Own iPhone, MacBook, iPad, iPod, Watch, Mac Mini, etc Positive - perfect size and shape for desktop speakers - not much else Negative - ordered 2 speakers from Best Buy. Mildew smell as if stored in damp basement for 5 years, returned - ordered 1 speaker direct from Apple. Mildew smell as if stored in damp basement for 10 years. Missed return window. - size matters (for sound quality in speakers) - my used Bose Companion Series 1 Version 1 Goodwill stereo speakers sound better. New version retail is $100 - biggest complaint is lack of stereo option when using MacBook. i spent months looking for non odorous speakers only to find out no stereo option.

Just got this so haven’t tested all it can do but the sound is AWESOME..best I’ve had in a speaker for Sure ...it was a bit hard to set up but figured it out in about an hour. It’s pricey but I like and trust apple Products. Wish it had been on sale

I'm not even exaggerating when I say that I don't think I can live without my HomePod - my entire house is automated with HomeKit devices and my HomePod makes everything so simple and seamless. I love it!

Kept at the center of the room it sounds really good. Works great on its own and when connected to Apple TV or via airplay from the phone. But Siri isn’t as smart as the she is on the iPhone. I get a lot of ‘cannot answer that’ responses. Hopefully it gets more capabilities down the road .

It is a beautiful product great sound with multiple twitters and base units with gorgeous sound for its size. But Alas Apple completely failed in its interface especially when you compare it with Amazon Alexa, for example asking Sri to “play NPR “ never a success where as it’s a Breez with Alexa. Also not having a physical connection ie an USB is a huge negative. I am lamenting a wonderful hardware bogged down by its poor software and connectivity. It does However has a saving grace that you can find and play something on your iPhone and then tap it on top of it and that will transfer and start paying in your home pod.

The HomePod is a great sounding speaker. No question. Siri isn’t as useful as some of the other voice assistants, but if you’re in the Apple ecosystem, it has the best integration you can get.

Wow the sound is great quality... the loudness of the speaker is not as loud as I thought it would be but I can’t complain it’s great for my home ! Hopefully Siri can do more things in the future upgrades! But I love turning on my lights and controlling the music with just my voice love it !

Like this but don’t like the fact it isn’t cordless.

It’s a good unit if you want allot of full sound. Only problem there is no control really to adjust sounds. Being a smart speaker it’s missing allot of features. For a gift it’s great. I think you really need two of the for that stereo experience.

Pretty cool little gadget. Controls HomeKit accessories really well.

I can’t believe apple discontinued this speaker. I have 2 and use them as a sound bar connected to my AppleTV. Sound is great and I have no issues with them.

Linking two together is truly impressive. I love. We have thousands of Dollars in surround sound, but it’s not really made for music. These two devices are really made for music. Awesome.

I liked that it worked great in the beginning for about 2 years .I purchased three HomePod mini and used two of them as a pair for my television so fas they both failed one after the other doing all sorts of things in the middle of the night playing loud music ,Siri talking out loud on its own, unless you purchase an extended warranty Apple doesn't have an update or a fix for this product it useless , invest in something else .MY HONEST OPINION .

Kind of dumb for a smart speaker, I had to reset it to get it to finish configuring and it can be difficult to manage audio when you’re using the speaker and playing multiple videos on your phone. The sound quality is fantastic.

Was a bit skeptical to pay over 300 dollars for a glorified speaker but turns out to be so much more than expected. If you use other apple products I def would reccomend as as the center of any room/home.
