I mostly use this for controlling my homekit devices around the house, but also have a decent sound quality

Great sound! It connects well to the other devices through the home app fairly easily. The sound is comparable to the Bose speakers I have. I'm very impressed.

It gets really loud and does not distort. The bass response is great. If you have another one and put them in stereo pair mode it is very impressive. As a smart speaker it's so so. Siri needs a lot of improvement.

Life changing if you already have a Homekit integrated smart home setup. Audio quality is excellent as well.

The sound that come out of these is incredible. I was blown away. I wish Siri was a little more helpful but we bought it for the sound quality. Works great with our phones and Apple TVs too.

I absolutely love this so much that I bought 2!! The speaker is surprisingly loud. My kids use it all the time to listen to music. I use to turn on my light and tv.

If you buy two and create a stereo pair, it sounds better than 2 Sonos Ones paired with a sub. Very happy with the sound. But if you only use one speaker, the low range is pretty weak.

I have 4 of these throughout the house. They are good, they don’t always communicate with each other so that gets frustrating when trying to play all. Also they just aren’t loud enough... they stay clear at the loudest setting but just need a little more power.

It’s nice to have Siri around without looking for my phone.

It's a great speaker for music and tv (if you have Apple TV). The one drawback is you cannot use it along with the speakers on your tv and it won't take commands for Apple TV, except to turn the tv off and on.

The sound is amazing. I have two homepods and I am greatly pleased by the sound quality and appearance. I would most definitely recommend it for a music lover.

Worked good at first, but after about a month or so it was no longer able to connect to the Apple TV for no apparent reason. Very disappointing.

replaced an old Bose system with two of these -- crisp, clear and so simple. And no amp, no wires. OK, a little extra cost for Apple is sometimes worth it.

I wanted to complete the whole Apple ecosystem at home, and it totally worth it, the only thing that bothers me is the WiFi connectivity but apart from that is all great.

Sad to see it discontinued. 6 of these in the house with 2 minis and the sound is great. Easy to stream to multiple rooms at once with Apple AirPlay.

HomePod is an absolute beast. I have it in my living room and compared it with a Bose Homespeaker 700 and the bass on HomePod is amazing when compared to Bose.

Wish it was a bit louder but still a great speaker

These are exceptional speakers for the price and have an array of options for use with music and movies. Siri built in is an added bonus. Just all round great speakers.

Saw the price for the HomePod , pick up was ready in less than an hour. So fast and so easy couldn’t have been more right. Love the sound quality and easy connection
