Easy to use and sounds amazing! Highly recommend!!

I have the Amazon Echo and just recently purchased the Apple HomePod. I got this on sale at Best Buy and I’m glad I purchased it. It was $199 which was $100 off the original price. The sound on the HomePod is so much better than the Echo. I also have an Apple Music subscription which gives me access to over 60 million songs.

While pricey, the sound quality of the HomePod and its ability to hear commands over whatever is playing is much better than an Echo. The new proximity handoff from a phone is really useful. The price is the only reason I give this 4 stars, it’s a steep apple tax to pay, over the much less expensive speakers from Amazon or Google. But, as with all Apple products, the integrated ecosystem of Apple is definitely a plus.

Sounds great, Siri picks up your voice easily, simple setup.

Good speaker, it has great bass and the quality is great

This speaker gives out great sound and good base. It is by far the best smart speaker. Pair it up with 2 for a nice stereo sound in your home. Siri still lacks the capabilities and ease of use with voice commands compared to Google. Overall good speaker and works best with an Apple Music subscription.

Bought as a music source for work out room. Produces large volume. Decent bass. Looses detail at higher volumes.

Put this in my bedroom and the sound quailty sounds so amazing it sounds way be then all those echos speakers from amazon... the only thing i wish it had that amazon echo has better is smart home feature.. Amazon echo is way ahead of apple on this but for sound quailty this is the way to go...

This is my fourth Apple HomePod. I would not have bought more than one, if they weren’t great. With the holiday sale, or price cut making the HomePod $199, it’s a 5 star value! And, SO easy to set up. Works with Apple Music (of course), Spotify, podcasts, etc... Love it!

I was very anti Apple but got this for my wife as a gift (it was a short list). That being said, if you have iPhones and take the time to do some Easy commands, you can do cool stuff....like attaching it to a motion detector on the bedroom door that, when triggered, will turn on your lights and tell You to bring your wife coffee in bed

Such a fantastic sound. Having two of these is out of this world! Using it for Apple TV (while the volume is a bit low) has been a real treat. It's great for unplugging and just wanting to hook it up when a party is here. Fills the ENTIRE room. And our living room is huge!
