Have owned for 3 weeks now and love this thing. Amazing sound. Am literally rediscovering albums from the last few decades. James Blake, Burial, Bjork, Radiohead, even Phil Collins sounds amazing on this thing. If you use Apple Music, do yourself a favor and get the Homepod. It will give you years of enjoyment.

I have to say Apple did an amazing job working on the microphone detection and sound output. The quality of the sound with separation of sound levels is amazing for this system. My biggest peeve is that Siri is missing some basic functions that she should have. She should be able to unlock my front door but because the microphone system is too good, she can’t for security reasons. She also can’t answer any internet based questions. Apple should improve her responses to questions that would be “googled”.

The audio these speakers put out is frankly astounding. It easily fills a room, and sounds full and dimensional. I am sorry this product line was discontinued. Great for music, and spoken word like podcasts is very clear and intelligible as well, plus they work nicely for phone calls too.

I had the Amazon studio speaker/hub first, but the music quality was extremely low you could tell that Amazon basically put multiple speakers inside the Studio’s body and called it a day. Apple on the other hand clearly thought about every tiny aspect of the HomePod, and the music quality is 100,000x better!!

Coming from owning multiple speakers, Google, Alexa, etc. HomePod is definitely in the same ball park! Great Sound, great Integration! Only con I’d say is that Siri could use a big upgrade in other ways compared to the competition Alexa. Very good looking design and overall an Apple product for Apple Enthusiasts and more to enjoy!

As a “smart speaker” with Siri - it is what it is and I was quite familiar with those shortcomings when I bought the HomePod. We have several echos in the house - first and second gen and an echo show but the HomePod is far and beyond in audio quality

This speaker will fill up a room and has much more bass than I expected!

Hands-down best audio quality ever. I have used multiple devices from Bose, Sonos and other manufacturers however Apple HomePod takes the cake. And if you’re lucky enough to buy/have two of these then your life is all set in stereo surround 360.

Phenomenal sound. I bought two of them to make a stereo pair. Siri isn't as useful as Google or Alexa but the HomePod matches perfectly with all of my Apple ecology. It's made specifically for the Apple TV. The TV OS updates on the Apple TV made a huge difference on how the speakers function as well.

We purchased this to replace our Google Home. The sound quality of this is really worth every penny, it is probably more appropriate to compare to Sonos/Bose rather than Google/Amazon products. While Siri doesn't support as many devices, the better privacy policies make me more comfortable using the smart functionality.

Had an original Sonos Play:1. The sound on it was great. This speaker, however, sounds awesome. I love that I can stream music from Apple Music, and yes, you can send your Pandora or other sources through Bluetooth to the speaker as well. Pricey, but was able to get it on sale for $100 off. Great speaker!

This has very nice sound in a small room first off, we use it to control the music, lights, it’s our alarm clock, timer, it reminds us of appointments, tells us the weather, what’s at the movies, how to make Beef Wellington etc. it pretty much does it all

This is the best speaker you’ll every purchase. The sound is unreal. It reminds you of those Bose sound speaker but better. I grab mine on sale for 199 and I wish I would’ve bought 2. If you own apple products this one here is a no brainer , BUY

This is one item we’ll miss wish Apple would have kept it. If you pair two together they make an incredible sound system for music or a home theater paired with an Apple TV. See the key to the original HomePod is the base and range of sounds they deliver with an awesome crispness.
