The Apple Mac took a while to get used to. They have changed a lot since my 2010 Mac was purchased. I’m still getting used to the changes in functionality but otherwise I am happy with my purchase. I did get a $250 reward from Best Buy on the credit card, but for some reason it is disappeared. No one has called me back and I am frustrated about that.

Super fast and elegant machine. I've purchased many Mac products over the years and this one is everything I expected from Apple, though I do wish I'd gotten one with more power ports. But hubs get the job done.

This is the first IMac that I purchase. I have purchased MacBooks before though. The M4 processor is fast and I love the display. Synching the computer with my other Apple devices was not only convenient , but super easy . I also like that it does not take too much space on my home desk . Excellent computer and value

I have been using Apple computers for 20 years, great products, only problem is updates after a certain period end. This product has excellent visual picture, good size, and works well. It is a great product (although a little expensive compared to other similar sized computers)

Excellent and functional work with design creation, stationery, and works very well with all the programs I require.

It is amazing what a 12 year update with this new computer does to my enjoyment of life. Faster, more of everything. My window to the world expanded.

I recently upgraded from a MacBook to an iMac, and I’m really glad I did. As someone who works in graphic design, photography, and other creative production tasks, the iMac has made everything smoother and more efficient. The large screen makes a huge difference—it’s so convenient for multitasking and paying attention to visual details. The performance has been solid, and it fits perfectly into my workflow. No regrets with this upgrade!

This computer is great. I wish the keyboard had the number pad. There are so many features, lots to learn. It is very responsive. For example, when I click print, my printer starts right up. With my much older iMac, it would take much longer.

Exceeded my expectations! 10/10 recommend. I have a small cake business and this iMac made my business run smoothly compared to my older model. Best upgrade I could’ve ever made.

This was a nice upgrade. Coming from a 2014 retina screen iMac that we purchased for 2500 — This new camera follows you on zoom. The advantage is you so dont have to center your face to the screen. I got this thing open box for 1100. Good value. Would recommend

I purchased another iMac for the same reason I originally got my first one. I found it easy to work with.

A very good, reliable computer. Everything works well except for the keyboard. I don't understand why they included a mini keyboard on a computer that costs this much. Expect to spend an extra $100 or more on a compatible keyboard. Also, it could benefit from a few more USB and USB-C ports on the back.

Apple computer exceeds my expectations. The sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable getting me all that accessories need for my computer to accomplish the tasks that I need it to do.

This purchase is a long overdue upgrade from a previous IMac. As of this writing the machine is truly smooth and every bit as good as I hoped.
