Box: very hard to open. After I bought it, I found a you tube video that would have helped, but I had already cut my hand opening it. You should tell customers how to do it easily. Unlike my old Imax there were no ports that I could attach my camera and other devices to; on my next visit to Best Buy I bought a device that enabled me to do this. You should tell customers that they might need such a device. And there is no slot on the computer to insert a disc or cd or dvd as there was on my old computer--on my next visit I hope I can buy a device that will enable me to do that. On the whole I am satisfied with my new Imac--though I liked the old one better.

Always have had PCs so it takes a little getting used to a Mac but so far it’s just amazing. Very fast, easy to use. Love the wireless everything.

I love my iMac M4. The performance is smooth, quick, and making multi-tasking a breeze. Display is stunning, makes all my work more enjoyable. Overall, I'm really impressed with the iMac m4 - it's the perfect blend of style, performance, and reliability for both school and work.

So far so good! The only thing is if you want the Microsoft word excel bundle you gotta shell out another $150 because it doesn’t come with it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Apple's keyboard with such an expensive computer is a joke. That's not Best Buy's fault though. I bought another compatible keyboard. Shopping experience was very satisfactory.

This new iMac doesn’t disappoint. It is sleek, fast, and extremely user friendly. The Best Buy reps were knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions. The Geek Squad quickly transferred everything from my old iMac, and I was up and running in no time.
