Had some difficulty transferring our data from our old computer but the Geeks figured it all out.Thanks to them we are very happy with our new computer!

Excellent customer service and the iMac is phenomenal

Two things I hate the most are the mouse and keypad. There is no middle section on the mouse to scroll, you lightly go up and down on the mouse itself but sometimes this doesn’t work. So, why did they have to make the keypad super small?

Not all set up yet. Hopefully I can start using it. Like it’s Meant to be used.

Not a bad computer for basic use. Good for a single guy trying to find a job and watch YouTube.

Quick & easy purchase. Not too much knowledge as I would expect. I wanted to compare different types of apple with what I would be using it for.

Bigger than previous computer. Not easy to use. Would not buy again.

It was an excellent open box and the box arrived broken taped up and it came without any accessories including the power cord, keyboard, mouse etc.and Best Buy said we are not sending you anything missing nor accessories. The Two options were send the computer back and buy one at the retail value or keep it and buy my own accessories. I had to buy keyboard, mouse, power supply etc. I had to buy everything used to at least feel like the open box value was worth it, but no it wasn’t and didn’t want to lose the money I already spend in accessories. Sometime cheaper comes out very expensive especially if dealing with Best Buy customer service.

Unable to use product. Can’t get customer support. Store doesn’t take phone calls. Best Buy help requires 40-mile car trip just to talk to someone. I don’t even know if you’ll get this message

Computer still not up and running ! All talk no support. The communication is not accurate and lacking in direction from Best Buy. They are interested in a sale not in customer satisfaction

Wanted to replace an iMac with a similar model. The sales person asked few questions about what we needed and so we purchased a computer with a way too small storage capacity. Contacted Geek Squad by phone and were sssured that the storage could be expanded. When we went back to the store however, that Geek Squad said it could not be expanded. Went to the sales person who advised that BB only sold up to 512 gb storage. We returned the computer and bought what we wanted from Apple

I would give it a zero. I have had iMacs since the blueberry and this computer just sucks! Don’t know what Apple has done but I’ll probably switch to pc only. Transfer from previous iMac could not be done, it’s already slow as molasses even with an 8tb drive attached. All transfers previously went smoothly without a hitch. I should just return it but it’s probably too late!

ok computer, but I bought a Mac because they aare suppose to be bullet proof from hacking, but I did get hacked. Very disappointed, probably not worth the money spent for the computer.

It was AWFUL, bestbuy did not deliver my order and wont give me a refund.

Cannot review this purchase. Was given the wrong computer there at the store by one of your clerks. Make to pay for it before I could check it out there. Paid, then demanded they open the box to make sure it was the correct computer. It was not! Return right there!
