Not intuitive and definitely not as easy to use as my old one. Simpler is muuuch better. With this new one I’ve needed Geek Squad several times for fixes and they are not quick at fixing . So not worth it but my old one wouldn’t do updates anymore

Received refurbished instead of open box

I almost kept it but as I was setting it up, I noticed scratches and discoloration on the corner of the screen. Definitely not an open box. It didn’t even have the correct serial number on my receipt. Would’ve been a rip off if I decided not to return it. Then I just ordered a brand new one, didn’t want to take any chances.
