The phone works well. It is not a big phone. Was easier to purchase here than my carrier.

I wish I had a better phone. 128 GB has proven not to be enough. Turns out iCloud is a farce as even though pics and videos go to the cloud they are also stored on the device taking up storage.

When first inquired, sales person gave a refribished pricing of around $350, after getting estimates from T-mobile, I decided to return to purchase the product, The sales person sold me a new phone, and asked about the previous pricing, all of a sudden amnesia set in and had me purchase a new phone, and told me that no warranty was available.

Works with no issues, was told I would get a screen protector on the phone at checkout but never got one.. would be 5 stars otherwise.
