FALSE SCREEN !!!
Came in cracked with a FALSE SCREEN on the phone. It also won’t charge and it’s given to you on 30 ish % Then they’ll offer a 15 dollar refund. Mind you 20 is tax and shipping. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. If I could give it zero stars I would

Not an excellent certified refurbished phone
This phone was refurbished using after market products and the battery does not work properly and has an error message.
