A: From what I seen with mine, no warranty and 15 days to return policy
Q: What’s condition of the IPhone? How long been used it?
A: With mine it arrived in excellent condition physically but they don’t put a new battery in so you get what you get there

Mic damaged and bad battery
Like most people I would rather buy new if I could but who wants to pay double if you don’t have to? So I figured how bad can this iPhone be? My iPhone 7 still works great so this 13 should work great also. I was wrong. The mic on the phone was damaged when they put it back together (refurbished) so no one could hear me speak. The battery which I assumed was new also could not keep a charge for long. Had to return it and paid around two hundred dollars more for a 14 that was new in the box. Works perfect as a new phone should. Probably would have put up with the battery not being great but not the mic being damaged. Renders the phone useless.
