The iphone13 quit working 1 year and 4 months! It's an issue with iphone 13's... the screen goes black!

Starting 2nd week transition from Android Galaxy S8 to Iphone 13. Lots of pros and cons in both operating software systems. More training/leaening needed.

Very disappointed. This phone was supposed to be like new. Looks wise it was great but shortly after having it, I could never use it on speaker phone. Whenever talking with someone on speaker, they could never hear me. It’s very frustrating when I still paid a good amount of money, expecting a Geek Squad certified item saying “it’s in like new condition”. Not sure if I’d purchase this kind of item from Best Buy again.

Unfortunately for me this device started getting hot to touch. I had not charged it yet and the screen was scrambled. Didn't expect that from an iPhone. I've used iPhone since they came on the scene. Battery performance was okay but not great.

The phone was fine. The buying experience was the issue. I bought two iPhones with my Best Buy Rewards credit card, but accidentally made the .istake of selecting the option of 0% interest instead of selecting the option for getting the points. I realized that I made the mistake a couple days later when checking my account. I contacted the support team and they told me that they would fix that and i'll get my points. Another week later, I check with support again and they told me that I won't get the points since I made the mistake. I'll probably not think twice makong purchases like this with Best Buy. I't's probably cheaper elsewhere.

Iphone is good, overall the experience is satisfying

I found iphone 13 is good upgrade from my previous iphone xs, but as far as using it should downgrade..

I dont know but iphone never change anything new just new body thats all

Started acting up and was unable to use 1 year and 3 months in. it started with unable to get service and now my phone is reset and unable to use at all. Warranty just ended 3 months ago and I have to pay out of pocket for fees. My iPhone has had no scratches or dents as well.

Great phone but it broke in couple months so im not getting this phone its not worthy

If you return turn on iPhone you have to pay $60 restocks fee. Must easier to buy from apple

Not to happy bought this phone brand new all was good and then the second day charging the phone it would show that its charging, but it would not go up the battery percentage instead it will die I would have to unplug and re plug all he time i had to be a restoking fee even through i had it for 2 days brand new and was defective

A year later and the antenna stopped working. I feel like maybe they sold me a refurbished phone.

I bought a iPhone 13 open box EXCELLENT condition as a gift. Well, charger doesn’t work and it has numerous scratches. This not what I called excellent condition.

Ok product not what i expected need more updates.
