Get service! This Best Buy is the best Best Buy to exist.

This phone is great, but I am finding that the charge is depleting very quickly. My phone is only one and a half years old. I don’t think I need to replace it, but I need to charge it more often than I should.

eh its alright it already slowed down a ton and i needed to replace the battery not even 2 years into ownership

Well I finally switched over to a Apple phone. It is great and I am having fun getting to know my new phone. I know I will learn it all soon and be a pro in no time.

Phone does what it’s suppose to do, which is to work. Just like any other phone. You can text, surf internet, open apps, etc and etc.

This iPhone came in completely new box even they don’t have the word “new” in product description. It was a gift for my sister, she is happy so, I’m happy))

bestbuy has lost me as a customer. Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/9. On 12/12 fedex showed it out for delivery. Never arrived. Reached out to both bestbuy and fedex. FedEx first said it was scanned but “forgotten” to be placed on truck. Then they said they would reach out to driver who no surprise did not respond. fedex sent me an email stating they exhausted all efforts to locate my package but could not find it. bestbuy offered to resend the package, but I chose pick up instead. Then when pick up day arrives, they tell me it is out of stock and yet again offered a reship or refund. I chose refund. They have since said the refund has been sent back to my bank (my bank does not hold funds), and the refund does not show up on the order page. I spent over $700 on this gift and I am tired of the back and forth with bestbuy ! They need to Refund me my money!!! This was a brand new, unlocked phone for my mom for Christmas!! Sad she didn’t get to open a gift on Christmas!!!
