Just ok .. not what i expect for all the money i spent

Great phone it just got stolen and now I really don’t want to pay it back

The sales people were going to charge me $100 to copy my phone data one number two they asked me to upload it to iCloud not knowing the phone has an automatic feature to back up to another phone. I did not buy the phone and I’m not gonna buy anything else from Best Buy either. Apparently, it’s gone downhill.

From my point of view I think it was a waste of money, the phone is too slow to be the 15th, my previous phone was the iPhone 11 and I still have it and it's better faster

Having complications with the camera and screen sensitivity.

This company is straight garbage. Sales associates telk you one thing to sell a product but when there is an issue they blame it on the customer! Will never shop at best buy ever in my life!!!

Worst device or item its hanging from first i dont know whats wrong with it

Didn’t get item . It said delivered but I didn’t receive it . I asked if someone had mistake taken it up but no reply.

I bought this phone on black Friday a month ago and the battery life on it was terrible I tried to return the phone and get a refund and even tried to exchange the phone and I got denied, never buy on black Friday all the electronics they sell are refurbished and or don't work. DONT BUY if on discount its better paying the extra hundred or two at your carrier.

Sales team is not transparent and misleading information is given at the time of purchase

Quality the camera resolution is poor. I wasn’t expecting iPhone 15 to have poor quality camera.

Best phone so far. Easy transition from old phone and better features.

This phone is working great,the battery last long and the camera takes greats pictures.

Great camera resolution and sharp image quality. The product arrived very well protected, with careful packaging. Everything was exactly as described and worked perfectly right out of the box. Very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful device. Very quick and easy to use! Straight out of the box and opening was very easy. FYI for those transferring data: ensure you are on a stable network as if it cuts out it may disrupt the transfer process. You may have to restart from the beginning of setting up the phone. Besides that it was such a cake-walk to set up. Would recommend.

Bought this phone for 639$ I’m pretty satisfied with IPhone 15 Cameras are good not at night time though The only drawback for me is battery life could be better

The purchase came quickly and was perfect for my teenage son!
