This apple lightning AV adapter is exactly what I wanted. I have the I phone XR in red and it works perfectly fine. I use it to connect my phone to the TV. I watch apps like HBO NOW, Hulu and YouTube on my Samsung big screen TV, it works amazing. This is perfect for those that want to cut cable and internet services to save money. I use the unlimited data from my phone and so far so good. I’ve been able to watch game of thrones and every tv show and movies through the apps plays perfectly fine on the big screen.

Previously I purchased an mini-projector to work with my Apple iPhone, but couldn't find the right HDML cable to plug into it a local electronics department of hardware stores. Then, when I went online I found that Best Buy had a package deal of a Miroir mini-projector that came with an Apple -Lightning Digital A/V Adaptor. Problem solved. Works perfectly.

This is easy to use, however it is a bit expensive. It requires a HDMI cable to connect between the TV and and A/V adapter. If you preferred wired option of streaming videos or casting your shows from iphone/ipad to the big screen, this is certainly a good buy.

With Apple finally allowing many more apps to mirror and display to the TV, this is a must have device for streaming many services, some that aren't offered via a Roku, and ALSO for renting movies and watching some movie collections on demand. Just bring along your adaptor to hotels, friends homes, and a HDMI cable if you need, and BAM, you can watch just about anything you like. It's a GREAT product! Like any genuine apple product, it's pricy for what it is, but go with the apple brand and you'll never wind up losing compatibility with any iOS updates. Thanks! Enjoy!

It worked great, right out of the package. No set up required. My iPhone and my smart TV linked up automatically. I now watch videos from my iPhone on my television with wonderful video and audio quality. I only had to buy a HDMI to HDMI cable to connect the adapter to the back of my TV.

Great product, just wish it wasn't so expensive, but there is no alternative for this product, and it does the job very well.

Run. Don’t buy this. Junk. It didn’t work on a brand new iPhone XR.

Works exceptionally well A bit pricey for what it is

This AV adapter for iPhone mirror to mirror is a great tool. Now we can watch our shows during breaks at the rest stop or listen to audio books or enjoy a larger view during FaceTime chats. There are many functions that this adapter provides. I recommend this if you have an iPhone.

Does exactly as it states and works perfectly! Great for watching Netflix from my iPhone/iPad to my tv screen.

This adapter works great and is good-quality. All lightning products have a special chip embedded in the connector. If it's MFI certified or made by Apple then it has a genuine chip and won't cause future problems. If you use a knockoff adapter, It may stop working in the future after an iOS update. I always recommend paying the extra money and getting the original or MFI certified 3rd party.

So I bought this because I live on my own and I can not afford internet being a broke college student! Lol so I bought this gaget to connect my phone to the tv and yooo! This is soo dope. It changed the game! You literally have your entire phone on the tv and your phone is the remote! Thats dope. 10 out of 10 folks. 10 out of 10 *clapping emojis* haha

Product function as Labeled. Small compact unit that functions well with portable project. If you are running the projector off your iphone this is the product, You're looking for.

I couldn’t have asked for better results. It mirrors your iPhones screen perfectly. Worked with streaming apps and delivered crystal clear picture. It will work without the lightning cable plugged in but predictably your phones battery will drain. It was a tad pricey, but then again it is an Apple product and works flawlessly.

What can I say, it is made my Apple so it is solid, very pricey. If they had a known working competitive cable when I went to buy it, for less money I would have went with that but I was on a time crunch so could not shop around. If you can find something that works for less I would go with that. If you don't mind spending so much on a cable then this is the one for you.

This product did exactly what it said it would and works wonderful. Great price for this tool. When you are in need to present and don’t want to drag around your computer all the time you can present from your phone or iPad.
