Failed after < 15 uses. Apple would not replace.

No signal making it to the TV. Tried different HDMI cord, power cord, TV and phone. Apple support would not replace because it is "not warranted" (only warranted if purchased with an iPhone). Purchased during Stay at Home order. Best Buy will not replace either.

Can someone please make something that works?!

I would plug it in, the adapter icon would show up on the top of the iPhone screen, and then a couple seconds later the icon would disappear. Could not get it to output the screen to the TV via HDMI anymore. This ruined two of my classes, that I had spent hours preparing the presentation materials for. Very disappointing that I can’t rely on this adapter. This should not be rocket science. Can someone please make something that actually works, and works reliably!

Broke in less than 2 months with little use

A lot of money for something to break in less than 2 months, when it was plugged in and never unplugged and we maybe watched tv 3 times a week for 2 hours a night.
