Be advised that hdmi doesn't transfer audio and an external speaker will be necessary.

However certain services, such as directv will not allow its content to be displayed on television with this connection.

Excellent for TV and Power

It is a wonderful product and its easy to connect. Although i did have to buy this one because my second had ripped because of the cord bending while playing on my mobile device i still recommend this to anyone just be careful the cord is like all iphone products, it will mess up very easily.
