Works fantastic for any iPhone using the thunderbolt connection. (In 2023 “old” iPhones) I connect to tvs, projectors and computers monitors using HDMI. Perfect for my needs. Can also be used to charge.

Easy set up, can watch Netflix or Prime, much better than the one I bought online. Highly recommend.

Simple. Plug into your 5 or newer iphone and not only will it allow you to charge your phone, it converts signal for use with an HDMI cord

It works but be aware of rules trying to mirror certain apps to a TV. Some apps somehow recognize the connection and will block it. When it works, it’s excellent. But ease of use for 4 stars because of what I explained above.

I am trying to save hundreds of dollars by not having internet or cable using this device with my phone. Picture comes in perfect for Hulu, perfect with downloaded Netflix files but lacks in picture quality with Amazon prime tv for some reason. I can’t fault the device for that though, it has to be more of a software issue. It is pretty pricey but it does get the job done. I can see how useful this would be also if you travel a lot and in hotels.

The cable works fine when you want to port the IPAD to any TV. I like the fact that it has a charging feature with HDMI. The price is kind of steep for it. It is an Apple product the markup is expected.

As with all Apple stuff, works seamlessly with the iPhone. Plug & play, nice and easy. Saved a lot of frustration trying to sort out alternative methods of what I needed to do; play movies from phone on a projector.

Great device, does exactly what its supposed to do. Just plug and play to any TV with HDMI port. Instantly mirror and watch your favorite shows and movies from your phones internet data. No WiFi needed. Great for hotel rooms as well, with either your phone's data or the hotels WiFi. You will need to use your phone charger and cable. Does not come with HDMI cable either. You will need to pick one up.

this works great and lets me hook my phone to my TV. It can also charge the phone at the same time.

This Apple Lightning Digital A/V Adapter works SEAMLESSLY which I used to hookup my iPad Mini 4 and table top Sanyo to have a larger Zoom screen in my office/sewing area. I was so happy with the ease, that I told my BF and she went out and purchased one and got the same results, she called to thank me for letting her know about it and she now will be able to Zoom from her Smart TV.

Easy to use, convenient to have. The adapter plugs into your iPhone and an HDMI cable (not included) plugs into the adapter from your television. The adapter mirrors anything from your iPhone directly onto your TV set. Your TV set doesn't have to be a Smart TV, but it does have to have an HMDI jack for this adapter to work. In addition, your iPhone will charge if you plug your charger into the adapter. Great, useful product to own.

I had been putting this off for years due to price and really not planning to use often. Functional and small, but surpasses its out put in good quality viewing. I thought I’d try mirroring from my phone and iPad for a larger view. Low and behold it worked as planned. The only con I see is the price point for such a tiny gadget. I recommend this to anyone especially with kiddos.

This adapter worked perfectly and was very easy to use. I had a Caribbean trip pictures on my IPad I wanted to show on my big screen with HDMI cable. Everything worked right out of box. Great product

This cable sure makes it a pleasure for me, to show all our trip pictures from our I-Pad and our, I-phones to our friends and family. If you take pictures with your equipment as I. Your going to love seeing and showing your pic's on your TV! Not to mention You Tube videos. I should have bought one of these, a long time ago! Bottom line if you use your I-phone or i-pad for pictures or videos. Your going to love the clarity of your pictures, and seeing them on a 42" TV OR, whatever size TV you own.

This should be 6 out of 5 stars…. Everyone should own this device…. So our cable AND internet recently went out when the neighbors gardeners hit our cable line…. Took more than a week to figure out. When you have no internet and cable and work from home it’s a horrible experience when your provider doesn’t know what the issue is!!! Then I thought about this device here…. Even though our internet and cable were down we were able to stream directly from our providers app to the smart TV’s…. So we bought 2 of these devices and they worked great!

Best adapter out. Works perfectly with all Apple devices. Plug and play. Still able to charge device while operating.

Got this to add to my projector to screen outdoor movies. Having most of the films we watch being on netflix and other streaming apps, this was perfect! Having a HDMI cord and connecting the projector to my iPhone or iPod works like a charm. Quality is impeccable! I can literally project anything(!) from my phone to the screen. The only downside to this was that I could literally stream pornhub and my neighbors were not fans of that.

We never travel without it. Great when you hotel has poor tv or movie choices. Plug this into your phone and and hdmi cable to any TV to stream your favorite shows. Great for work to use an TV as a projection screen for your MAC.
