WE HAVE ALL OUR MOVIES DOWNLOADED TO OUR IPAD. WANTING TO USE IT FOR VACATION INSTEAD OF BRINGING ALL THE PHYSICAL COPIES WITH US TO PLAY IN OUR OVERHEAD DVD PLAYER. WORKS PERFECT PLUGGED IN TO PLAYER WITH HDMI AND DISPLAYS PERFECTLY.

I use this adapter to connect my IPAD to a projector when making PowerPoint presentations to a group. It works just like it should. Just make the connections and go -- no buttons to push or software to tinker with.

I wanted to save money. The best way to start was cutting the cable bill and internet. I can still enjoy TV using Netflix on my iPhone using the adaptor and the Internet. Once it's connected it displays every from my phone on the TV screen. Money well spent!

Nice in that it allows me to project whatever is on my iPhone to my TV. Also nice that I can plug it in so it stays charged while I’m using it.

As with everything with Apple products, they are simply too expensive. The product, as with all Apple products, they work perfectly, just too expensive. But the bottom-line is that you know it will work because it is Apple.

So far this works great! I connect my iPhone and can displays whatever I'm doing on my phone to the TV. I can watch shows/movies on apps like Netflix and Hulu and it looks great. I love this!!!

I use this to stream. It is a wonderful product and its easy to connect. Although i did have to buy this one because my second had ripped because of the cord bending while playing on my mobile device i still recommend this to anyone just be careful the cord is like all iphone products, it will mess up very easily.

When traveling the AV adapter is great for watching shows from my iPhone and iPad. Great substitute for my Apple TV while traveling. All I need is the AV adapter and an HDMI cord. Also, since my Apple TV is only in my living room, I use the adapter on my bedroom and den TVs. Only problem is some live sports shows (ESPN) are blocked from viewing.

I bought this for my wife's iphone 6 and it works great. I have it plugged into the phone with this adapter and then i plug the other end into my projector and when you pair that with unlimited data from tmobile you have an awesome streem setup.

They are great. I put it in my purse when I go visiting because it makes my iPhone or iPad accessible to the TV screen. Saved movies or just signing onto Xfinity, etc. Technology is great!

It works great for like 6 to 8 monthes then like all apple products the wire breaks but because I’m able to watch my shows on tv via my phone I keep rebuying a new one cause it is worth it

This adapter is easy to use and has great quality with the connection. Had some troubles with other brands that were not iphone and it sure makes the difference. Very happy with this purchase, worth the extra money.

expensive but wanted to. make sure it would work in all situations and have seen friends have issues with the other brands

I initially purchases this Apple adapter because of concern for reliability of a third party product. I have heard of instances in which reliability of third-party adapters for iOS devices was hit and miss. This adapter always works, as it should, considering it's made by Apple and comes at a ridiculous price. Price is my biggest issue, or else I would have given it 5 stars.

If you have a iphone or iPad, TOTALLY WORTH HAVING THE HDMI LIGHTNING ADAPTER, plugs in and watch everything you see on your iphone or iPad. Works great with Netflix or any other site that streams video as wells as presentations! Buy it you won't regret it!

I bought this to mirror my iPad mini on to a tv. You just simply plug it in and it works. The only thing to note is that the volume control did have to be adjusted on the iPad. I give it two thumbs up.
