Accessory has two ports. One for hdmi cable. One for power cable. So I connected my iPad mini to hd tv and to power source at same time. I connected to wifi and streamed movies in my iTunes library. Two thumbs up.

Works as it is supposed to. I have found that this is the only way to go if your using an apple product as the others I’ve tried have mixed results.

I asked the professional, this is what they recommended, got it, hooked it up, it was easy and works perfectly.

My son suggested this adapter to be able to watch Donald Trump speak at rallies on my 55" HDTV instead of on my iPhone's little screen. It was amazing to see how well it worked. Photo is a screen capture off the big screen.

I needed this for a work event. Works perfectly for what I needed. Unfortunately it’s so pricey and they only have one version available.

I love this product! it works excellent with my TV. The only reason why I rated as good oppose to excellent is due to the cord. Cord is strong however I am noticing a twist in the cord and periodically this affects the functionality of the product for a brief moment. I brought one for my aunt....she has an android device

This adapter is perfect for viewing videos/photos from your iphone to your TV. I struggle with technology and bought a similar device from Amazon that didn’t work. I went into Best Buy and the helpful salesman knew exactly what I needed. One end of the Apple lightning adapter plugs into your phone and the other end plugs into a HDMI cable that plugs into the back of your TV. You might need to change the source on your TV until you see your phone mirrored onto your TV. I am now able to show my photos/videos to family. I love it!!

Comes in handy when you’re on vacation and need to Netflix on a hotel TV.

We needed something to stream from our phones to our tv while camping in the camper (WiFi is terrible at campsites) this made staying inside on cold or rainy camping days better.

My wife says that it works well and works with apple products and projector unlike non apple product from amazon

If you want to stream something from your phone and tv not compatible for mirroring, this is the easiest way. Plug it in and it is good to go. Sounds plays as well.

This adapter worked as stated, I plugged it into the HDMI port on the TV and the other end into my phone everything on my phone was mirrored onto the TV. I watched a movie from an App on the phone.

I love being able to connect my iphone and ipad to any tv with a HDMI port. I am able to see and hear exactly what's on my device, even from the web (like youtube). I prefer to connect this way instead of wireless.

Was looking to make use of my mini iPad other than the usual. I was tired of not being able to watch all my streamed videos on my regular tv but instead had to settle for the mini iPad screen. This gadget allowed me to view other sites not supported by google chrome and watch streamed movies on my big screen tv with just the connection of this accessory and my hdmi cord.
